The overall experience was a very good one. The deciding factor for me is the honesty and integrity of the person with whom I do business. Scott made the experience very comfortable and I felt I received the service for which I paid.

They clean up after them selfs and even try to put all my stuff back, I said no it was ok that I could do it.

Scott is just the person we all hope for when trusting on someone to deliver a professional service at a fair price.

We had to have PGE come out to check our heater because our carbin monoxide detector was going off. When they checked it they said it was not leaking but outr heater was only working every 30 seconds at a time and we needed to call someone out to fix it. I looked on Angie's List to see who had good ratings Airway had the best reviews. I called and Scott answered. He came over quickly and told us what was wrong. Our heater was more than 20 years old and we knew it was time to replace it. He knew we had to do someone we didn't want to do to get the money and when we told him he even helped with a suggestion on who he was told might help. It is not someone he is associated with but heard form a customer about. HE SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY!! He is caring, understanding and very helpful! He was at our house on time with a helper, I believe his name was Dave. My son is Austic and they both told me before there would be a loud noise and was very understanding when my son asked questions. They explained what and why they were doing what they were doing WHAT A DIFFERENCE! IT IS AMAZING! I can't wait till summer so we are cool and the bills are not as high as last year. I have already told several people about them. I would suggest they get signs to put in the yard so other can know how amazing they are. THANK YOU!!

I called Airway Heating & Air Conditioning at 7:00 a.m. By 9:00 a.m. Scott was at the house, checking out the problem. He found that the motor on the blower had frozen up. He replaced it, and the work was completed by about 11:30 a.m.. THANK YOU, Scott! We couldn't have asked for anyone nicer, or better prepared, to come fix our furnace.

My heater was not working, it would only blow cold air and would not turn off. The owner Scott Ledda, came out the same day i called, found the problem and was able to repair right then. He spent extra time resolving a problem he found after replacing the high limit switch to ensure everything was running properly.

Scott the owner answered the phone and made an appointment for the same day I called. Our heater had not been maintained properly and Scott spent over two hours diagnosing and solving our problem. He was professional, prompt, and we would call him again. Highly recommended.

Scott was absolutely wonderful As usual when I call is comes right out or makes an appointment time as quickly as possible. Scott arrived with his helper and immediately checked the wiring and then went to our roof to check out the heating system. Then he checked the thermostat. He came out fixed the problem immediately and was very very reasonable in the price. He then put in a new one for us and we are nice and toasty now! South County Crisis Center is very proud to be able to let others know how honest, reasonable and reliable Airway Heating & A/C is. I have to also add this. Scott and Lori collected over 130 toys for our Christmas drive this year. You will never go wrong by calling Airway Heating and A/C!

Scott was great. Very friendly and walks you through the process step by step so you understand what is going on. He troubleshot my system and, despite having some issues root causing the problem, he was finally able to figure out the issue and fix it. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting process which I liked because I was very convinced in the end that he had gotten to the root of the problem and fixed it. He will walk you through the troubleshooting process as well so you don't feel you are getting ripped off. You should be prepared to understand what he is doing because he will explain it to you. He also goes the extra mile in making sure his work is done properly. For example, after his work was done, he scheduled a come back visit to make sure the leak in the motor was fixed. When he came back, he verified that the leak was fixed but actually found that the new replacement motor he installed was defective as it ran way too hot. So he came back a few days later and replaced the new defective motor with a new good motor free of charge. Then he came back again a few days later to make sure that motor was working properly. So Scott takes pride in his work. That speaks volumes and that is why I chose him in the first place, based on his strong reputation on Angies' List. Most importantly I felt that I could trust him.

We purchased our 2 story home in Tracy a couple of years back. Our home has dual thermostats: one for 1st floor and another for 2nd floor. Every time we would turn on the 1st floor heat, the 2nd floor would get very hot. Very little heat was coming down to 1st floor. A lot of the heat was leaking near the furnace. I called Airway friday and they gave me an appointment for next morning. They were quite punctual and very professional. They fixed our heating issue and we are quite satisfied with their service. They left the place quite clean.

Scott did an excellent job. The heater was not working in my HVAC system, and Scott thouroughly checked the whole system to accurately diagnose what needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a bad thermostat, so Scott replaced it with what in my opinion is a much better and far easier thermostat to use than the complicated programmable one I had before. Scott was at my house for about 3 hours, and with all the troubleshooting he did and with the parts, I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. When it was all said and done, Scott only charged me $200.00 which compared to other companies ive dealt with in the past, was a great deal. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate people who still do quality work at a fair price. I would recommend Scott and Airway H & AC to anyone.

I have more than 20 rental properties and consistently go back to Scott because of his professionalism, fair price and quick work. My tenants are always happy with him and his crew. They clean up nicely and are very courteous. In this instance, my handyman replaced the failed thermostat but the heater still wasn't working. When Scott arrived, he determined it was the incorrect thermostat and replaced it. The heater is now working well and my tenant is happy.

My daughter told me yesterday that the heater quit working. I had used Scott last year when the heater went out and he repaired it, but warned that it was really old and would not last much longer...he was right. I called him right away and he made the appt with her for today, and called me to tell me my options. I had already planned to replace it. He got the new items and a helper and the heater and thermostat were installed and working this afternoon. My daughter is ecstatic, and warm. She texted me that "he was just awesome". He showed up on time, was polite, all work done properly and spotlessly cleaned up when done. My daughter was comfortable being alone with him, which is very important for a young woman. I genuinely nice and professional man.

What more can I say ?? I have had a few companies work on my equipment and never called them back and for the first time I now have a good guy to do all of my repairs and the main go to company for new equipment!!! Call Him Today !!!

Quote: Scott arrived on time, was professional and proa quote on 2 A/C-Heating packages (1 quote was just to replace the existing unit; 1 quote was to provide an updated unit). He explained, in detail, the process and provided a copy of his libility insurance without prompt. Scott checked out the existing unit, ductwork and also electrical. In face, he pointed out that the electrical would need to be upgraded to support the new unit (in checking with electrical code, found that he was absolutely correct and he was the only vendor to point that out). The quotes provided for each unit was reasonable, we went with a higher seer unit. We were also getting a new roof at the same time. Scott indicated that coordinating with the roofer would be no problem. Work: The roofer was able to start earlier than anticipated and Scott was able to work the project into his schedule. Rain was an issue, but Scott was able to coordinate with the roofing contractor. Scott and crew arrived on time, permit in hand. Again, he explained what he was going to do that day, the next day, etc. Old unit was removed, the roofer replaced sheathing in the AC area, the new unit was installed. The next trip was for wiring, ducting and sealing, last trip was to connect and start up the unit, program the thermostat, test and show us how to program the thermostat. This would have been a 2 day job for Airway, but Scott had to work around the roofing contractor, even though the roofing contractor didn't have the best project manager, causing Scott to make an extra trip to complete the installation. It was an absolute pleasure having Scott and Doug work on my house. They were knowledgable, professional, careful, explained tasks as they went, and completed the job well within timeframe for a reasonable price. I would use Airway again, will refer my friends to Airway and recommend anyone reading this review. A good, honest guys!

Meet with Scott, Airway Heating and Air Conditioning and describe the problem. He diagnosed the problem and he gave us a solution and a honest price to fix and service heating and condenser units compared to the other HVAC company. The next day Airway Heating & Air Conditioning showed up and did what they promised to do and more.

He replaced dual capacitor, cleaned the condensor, came immediately and responded on one of the hottest day in the Central Valley (108 degrees), fix the problem and left our Tenant and myself extremely satisfied. We live triple digit heat and its hard to get AC service rght away that are efficient and professional. Scott came out the very next day and had it fixed within 45 minutes, and that was with me talking his ear off.

I contacted the company when my home air conditioning unit began to make some strange noises. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and the friendly technician showed up promptly. In addition to servicing the unit, he also provided useful care and cleaning instructions that should help extend the life of the unit. Beyond getting the problem resolved quickly, I was also very pleased that the work came in well below the originally estimated price.

The service I received was of the highest professional level and I would recommend this company without hesitation. Mr. Ledda had given me a verbal quote for replacement of the AC unit 8 months earlier and when I finally got around to having the work done, he honored that quote and took my word for it ,even though it was not in writing and he didn't remember our conversation. When it was discoveerd that the evaporator/condenser also needed to be replaced, he agreed to do so at a mere $500.00 increase. He promised to be at my home at 8am on September 1st to do the work and at exactly 8am, his truck pulled into my driveway. He gave me a time frame of 4-6 hours and at the end of 4 hours, the work was completed and the clean up, including sweeping of my garage, and returning everything to its original placement, was done. Prior to his departure, he showed me the work he had done and gave me suggestions as to how I could maximize energy efficiency with the new equipment He told me he would be coming back within the next 10 days just to check everything out and make sure the freeon level in the AC unit is where it should be. If anyone reading this is contemplating having work done on their H&AC equipment, this is the company to call. They are immediately responsive, competitive but fair in their pricing, and best of all, focused on customer service. I have complete trust in their work.

My air conditioning stopped performing and Airway Heating was very prompt in responding and had my unit up and running the same day. Even though it was a very hot day, they fulfilled my request to check other problems with my system's air ducts and smart fan, which are located in the attic. We were able to schedule within a few days to have Airway Heating return and correct those problems. Airway Heating people were very curteous, appeared to be competent and knowledgeable, and were well prepared with the necessary equipment and parts. There is not question we would use them again in the future.

I CANNOT POSSIBLY SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THESE PEOPLE! I have been limping along on a weak air conditioner for several years, having it serviced and charged with freon for several years and no one else managed to figure out the real problem. A few years ago another company told be I had a leaking coil and that it would cost $6000.00(!) to repair it. Scott fixed the leak with a $2 part. He discovered that the second stage of my two stage unit was not coming on. Investigating this, he discovered that I had a single stage thermostat that would never turn the second stage on and that the control board of the furnace could only handle a single stage unit. I had been running my unit at about 50% output for years and no one figured that out. Huge amounts of energy were being wasted at my expense. The old unit would run all day to bring the temp down just a few degrees.Scott and Doug also checked the evaporator on the system and found them grossly clogged with debris due to inadequate filteration and with collapsed insulation. Getting the insulation out looked like it was going to become a terribly time consuming operation involving disassembly of the lower furnace unit. But rather than jump onto a costly repair, Scott and Doug worked for an hour, expending great effort in a very cramped situation and saved us over $800.We had to put in a new AC unit, but for the first time in the six years we have been in this house, the AC works beautifully (we can actually get it unconfortabl cold in here on 100+ degree days) and the AC does not have to run all the time. Both Doug and Scott provided excellent service. They arrived when they said they would, did excellent work, explained everything they were doing and completed the job on time and on budget. Their charge for several extra hours of work was very modest. Again, I can't tell you how happy we are with Scott and Doug. I have already recommended them to a friend and will recommend them every chance I get. You won't go wrong with Airway! K MacGregor

This is a rental property and my tenant complained that the central AC unit was not working properly. I called Scott and he came out the same day to diagnose and repair the unit. I have used him several times because he is reliable, always does good work and is reasonably priced.
