Outstanding service by Scott Lehr. I called on a Sunday morning and my heater was installed by 4:00pm Tuesday afternoon. He hauled away the d equipment and swept out my garage. His services and price are unequalled by anyone in this area.

Scott was great. He came out the same day we called. The heater fan was running, but no heat coming out. He showed up immediately,was professional, and answered a "million " questions we asked concerning the heater and old air conditioner. We trusted him and the work he did for us.

Our heater wasn't producing heat when we tested it out. I had called another company out that had been doing some maintenance on our system prior. When the other company arrived to do a service, they found that a safety switch wasn't working and it needed replacing at $300+. We scheduled them to return the following week to replace the part. Within 5 minutes of that service call we were informed that we had a cracked heat exchange and that it would cost us $4200+ to repair and double to replace. The tech stopped and didn't install the part needed and was going to have the office schedule someone to come out and quote for the system. I subscribed to Angie's list to find a reputable HVAC to get some additional quotes. I called Airway HVAC and scheduled them to come and quote a new heat exchanger and get a second opinion. When they quoted a service call charge, I wanted to cancel, but Airway waived when I explained that a quote was all I needed. When the tech arrived, out of curiosity he decided to take a look and he found that my heat exchanger wasn't cracked and that the part they were supposed to have replaced was disconnected and sitting on the unit. The tech tested the parts several times and found it to be in working order. Reattached the part and ran the heater several times with no issues. It cost me $75.00 and we really appreciate the time and experience that Airway provided and will use them in the future.

Everything went well. They showed up on time. Communication about the issues and cost was accurate. The problem was resolved. We especially appreciated his assessment of the expected useful life of this older unit so that we are not hit with a surprise replacement of this unit in the next few years.

I called Airway Heating & Air today for a second opinion and I am glad I did, they saved me over $1000 by being honest and only fixing what was broke. Yesterday my A/C stopped pumping out cool air so I checked some reviews on yelp and called Altamont Mechanical, they are local. Altamont came and checked the unit, he told me I needed a new compressor and it would cost $1390. Seen as it was a large amount I decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did because it saved me a bundle. I called Airway Heating & Air for that second opinion, they were on time and very personable, he checked the A/C and fixed it within 10 minutes. All it needed was a new dual capacitor, total cost $350. Big difference from $1390 !!! It?s great to know I now have an A/C and Heating Guy I can trust and rely on, Thank You Scott of Airway Heating & Air for making my day and being honest.

Brian did a great job of replacing the condenser coil. He was punctual, professional, and gave us options to choose from. I would recommend his service to anyone.

The job went well. Scott is very professional and explained everything he was doing and whtat the problem was with our AC unit. He checked the air temperature from several vents at several intervals. The cost ofhis services was $300 and this included the cleaning of the coils and checking for leaks in the system. The services call was over 1 hour. I would highly recommend Airway Heating and Air Conditioning to the community..

Scott came on the same day and repaired the AC system. It was a hot day so his prompt service was much appreciated.

Called about service and Scott, the owner, answered and scheduled an appointment for the next morning, Next morning Scott came out, diagnosed issue, fixed and everything has been working great since. All around good experience.

Went perfectly, it's always a crap shoot when you choose a company to come out and provide services and Scott was rock solid.

Scott repaired the original problem, which turned out to be a bad circuit board. While doing the repair, he found some additional problems that he also repaired at no extra cost beyond the original quote. He took the time to explain what he was doing along the way. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING!!!! I CALLED, SCOTT THE EVENING BEFORE AND HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN ASKING ME WHAT MY NEEDS WERE AND HE GAVE ME AN APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE ON WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. HE SHOWED UP PRECISELY IN THE TIME FRAME HE GAVE ME FOR THE FOLOWING DAY. GIVEN WHAT I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES I DID NOT NEED, HE SHOWED ME A THERMOSTAT THAT HE THOUGHT MIGHT FIT MY NEEDS AND IT WAS PERFECT. IT WAS ALSO PROBABLY A LOT CHEAPER THAN ONE WITH ALL THE BUTTONS/FEATURES THAT I NEVER USE. HE WENT TO WORK ON MY ROOF AND DID AN AMAZING JOB, GIVEN WHAT DIRT I SAW FLUSH OUT OT THERE. IT WAS FILTHY AND IN NEED OF CLEANING. THE AIR IS AMAZINGLY COOLER . I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT SCOTT. I AM CONFIDENT THAT ANY EMPLOYEES HE HAS ALSO ABIDE BY THE SAME HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND KNOWLEDGE THAT SCOTT EXHIBITED. THROUGHOUT HE WAS PATIENT AND CONTINUED TO CHECK INSIDE AND OUT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS UP TO HIS STANDARDS. THIS FIRM SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE PUT AT THE TOP OF ANGIE'S LIST AND I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THEM.

It went well. Scott was very informative, knoweledge and helpful. He found the leak and repaired it quickly. He went over all the options cost wise and ended up less than what he thought. I was very happy.

All was well until I had a problem with the noise that the new unit made... it makes a very loud whomp whomp whomp noise every time the air conditioner is run that rumbles throughout the entire house and gives me a headache. I called and he came out and his response was that all the units make that noise and I should be glad that they didn't put in the bigger unit like he has at his house...if I wanted to hear noise, I should come to his house. I DON'T WANT TO COME TO HIS HOUSE- I WANT HIM TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION TO MAKE MINE QUIETER. I asked about a noise reduction pad under the unit and was told there is no such thing. I said that I had been at other people's houses that had recently had new A/C's put in and theirs didn't make noise like that and again was told to come to his house to hear noise if I wanted to hear noise. The summer of 2012, after paying $6000 for the new A/C, I would not use it because of the noise and instead used floor fans and wet towels on my shoulders for cooling. I was not a happy camper. I went to a Home and Garden Expo this early spring and talked with several heating/air conditioning companies and all said my A'C should not be making noise, so I had one of those companies who have been in business for many years to come out and give me a second opinion. The second opinion told me that the air intake in my house was to small for the unit and that when he went up on the roof he could hear the unit "screaming for air" He took off the housing off the motor and the screaming stopped immediately (my whomp whomp sound in the house) as the unit was finally able to draw enough air to function properly. He told me not to use the unit until another air intake could be cut in the house- suggested the master bedroom since I have small hallway- as running it in this condition would cause the motor to burn out since it is not getting enough air to properly function and is running hot. The second opinion wrote me a letter stating this. I called Airway back out to tell him of the second opinion and have him "fix" the problem... his solution was to call the second opinion and badger them until they rescended their opinion to him over the phone. My unit still is noisy and I still rarely use it after spending $6000 to have an airconditioning unit. It makes me cry just thinking about it. I trusted this company because they had an excellant rating on Angie's list. I hope no body uses them for future work as they do not stand behind their work if there is a problem other than to badger the customer and other companies that step in with second opinions.

The Air Conditioning for this unit was not cooling properly. I called Scott and he went out to take a look the same day and gave me an estimate. He said there was a leak in the system and therefore either a coil needed to be replaced or the unit could be replaced. I appreciated that he was honest with me and gave me options. He told me he could replace the coil and that might solve the problem but because the unit was about 15 years old he couldn't assure me there wouldn't be any other problems. I opted to replace the unit and Scott set up an appointment for the very next morning and finished quickly. The air conditioning unit worked great and two weeks later is still running great as promised. I highly recommend Scott, he is professional, punctual, and honest.

Perfect. Scott was so kind to work me in the day I called him. He did an awesome job! I would recommend Scott anytime for any kind of air or heating problems. He is definitely conscientious and does what he says he will do. His work was impeccable.

Scott Ledda phoned to confirm appointment time twice before arriving. Arrived on time. After checking the unit he told me what had to be repaired. He was quite detailed in explaining the repairs. There were several issues that had to be fixed. It took approx. 3 hours. When he was finished, he described all the repairs he had made and explained why they had to be fixed. Very professional. I would definitely call him again if the need arises and of course recommend him to my friends.

Scott came out and checked the overall condition of the air-conditioner. He came at the time he said he would. He was friendly, courteous, and very informative about the condition of the unit. It's great to be able to contact someone who is so reliable and conscientious.

Scott and Ryan were both well mannered and knowledgeable about the situation. Scott recommended upgrading the air conditioner to a newer unit because r-22 is no longer being manufactured. This was outside of my current budget and I had to accept just getting the current work completed to regain functionality.

They called before arriving, were on time, researched the problem, replaced the part, tested out the system and cleaned up. Were friendly, polite and informative

Scott worked on this unit last summer so I called him in again when the unit didn't work when the warm weather began this year. He recommended a replacement and suggested I get a second opinion, which I appreciated. I had another company come and look at it and they too recommended a replacement. The price came out to be similar so I chose Scott because of the many jobs he has done for me and his professionalism. This was a rooftop package so the job took all day. His crew brought in a crane that just fit the space to haul down the old system and put up the new unit. It now works wonderfully and my tenants are happy.

Scott was very responsive. He was at our house the day after we called and right on time. He knew exactly what the problem was and was able to get the part needed by the next day. He was very professional and did a great job. We would recommend him to anyone, and will call him again if needed.
