Description of Work: The promotion now, "The Edge," is a good deal. |I had trouble setting up voice mail, and they worked with me for over two hours, "try this" and then calling me back..."did it work? No? Try this." It was a glitch between iPhone and Verizon, but they fixed it. I got to know this particular customer service tech guy because we spent a lot of time. Problem was fixed. I admired his dedication.

 + 0 moreI chose them because I wanted Fios. It is faster over a distance. It is the same speed no matter how far away. They gave me a 4-hour window when they had to come out and they hit the 4-hour window.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for internet and my land line.

 + 1 moreWe recently switched over to Verizon for our cable service for pricing. We have 2 choices here: Time Warner or Verizon. We have been with Time Warner for a long time. Their prices are rising. By switching and becoming a new customer, I could get in on the special pricing with Verizon.
