+ -1 moreThis company is awesome. I worked with Sergio and Benny. Benny was onsite everyday and really kept things moving along. He has AWESOME attention to detail. He is SUPERB!!!! Benny and his crew came on time everyday, worked hard, and always CLEANED UP IMPECCABLY!!!! I would highly recommend them!!

+ -1 moreTO save you time and money please 1) Know what you want done before you go out for a bid. 2) always check the companies license with the BBB and the name with Angies List 3) The cheapest way is not always the cheapest way in the long run. 4) Watch and learn from the painters so you can do small touch ups when needed 5) always get everything in writing 6) supply cold drinks to the crew. Niceness goes a long ways.
Description of Work: The outside of my house needed to be repainted. I received several bids from competing painting companies. I drove around my city looking at what I might want to do to my house. Stephen Radl took time and went over my ideas and explained in detail about the job, how long part of the house would last (due to sun exposure and weather). I fianlly decided on a faux painting of cracks, like an Italian villa look. The house turn out great. But one thing I wanted to point out, was the Stephen Radl Painting team took several days preparing my house to paint. I have a smooth stucco house, which had many cracks. He's team filled the cracks and the paint that was used help prevent future cracks. The painting team clean up after themselves and were very professional. I feel they did a few item extra and beyond the scope of the agreement.
