Description of Work: I don't remember exactly the date or how much I paid. | |The maids were terrible. They were scheduled to come bi-weekly. At first they did a great job. I wanted the same maids to come back. However, after a time they it was not the same team. Eventually there was only one of the original team members left (and not the best one). The last two cleanings were horrendous. They left huge streaks on all my stainless steel appliances. Didn't dust shelves that were in clear view and easily accessible. They left dirty rags behind. The corners of the bathrooms had accumulated hair and gunk that they started to clean but I guess either forgot to pick up or just didn't want to. The only positive thing about this company was the customer service. I complained a a few times when the work started to get bad. They either sent someone to re-clean, reimbursed me completely for the cleaning or reimbursed me part of the cost. I wish their housecleaners were as professional as the the office staff

Description of Work: I contacted maid pro initially on January 30th. They came to clean for the first time on the 31st of January. I have been using them ever since. I highly recommend them. The office staff is great the owner has replied to me personally and the cleanings are just perfect. Janet has been our person.... The first time she came out to clean she even spent a few minutes on the floor with my cat to put him at ease. I plan on continuing to use them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company that actually does a great job.
