 + -1 moreNot to well as the secretary said they had to retest as the samples indicate mold still existed. However, this was an added cost to the original estimate as the secretary even said the technician knew it would fail as the fans were off due to an overloaded circuit breaker. So if they were so professional and knew it would fail why why they still take a sample? It was probably they knew they quoted me the wrong price from the get go and had to recoup it somehow.
Description of Work: Generate a report that mold was eradicated .

 + -1 moreThere was a minor issue, but they did come back and rectify it right away. They are excellent overall. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreI just trust them. You have to rely on them for good sampling and handling of the samples properly and report that sail through and all those things. They were very good on price, quality, and responsiveness.
