I have been a client of Michael Casillas and Dreamwork Landscape since January of 2021. I hired Dreamwork to put in a new lawn, do landscaping/flower design in the front yard and to replace my old, cracked concrete driveway with beautiful new pavers. Michael over-delivered at every stage! My front yard is a showplace and people literally stop and take pictures nearly every day. With the success of that project, I next hired Michael to completely redo my backyard, resurface and replumb my giant pool built in 1970, remove some unsightly concrete planters and put in the same pavers he used in the front. Michael killed it! My backyard looks like a boutique Palm Springs hotel. Michael also has one of his teams do my ongoing weekly lawn care. The bomb! I highly recommend Dreamwork Landscape if you want a high end, flawless landscape design/experience.

I sent two e-mails that were never acknowledged and I left two phone messages that were never returned.
Description of Work: No services were performed because they never returned my calls nor responded to my e-mails.

We hired Dreamwork to come out and service our yard. The overall quality of their work was good, but we were unhappy with their work ethic, customer service, and professionalism. I don't think they are an honest company and would not recommend them.

We have been in business since 1964, we are known for our detailed custom work. Customer above signed a maintenance contract for a bi-monthly service at their home, they inherited the poor quality landscape and workmanship form the previous home owner. Looking for changes but did not want to invest any money for the changes. In addition we were the 5th landscape company they hired to in a span of 4-months. Customer is expecting a porter type of service someone who will spend all day and pick up-leaves. Customer tried to terminate services without a 30day advanced notice as listed in their agreement. The negative review reflects $250 charge for not following or breach of their contract. Please review our history with the BBB.

The company responded immediately to the request for an appointment and showed up on time. However, the follow-up was non existent. The bid was promised within 2 weeks. It never arrived. I made 4 additional phone calls requesting the bid with no response.
Description of Work: The work requested was for an extensive landscape project including decking, retaining wall, fencing, sidewalk/driving replacement, installation of outdoor kitchen, pondless waterfall, softscape, low voltage lighting, pergola's, and irrigation system.

We just found out about Angie's list, and just found this negative review posted by a NON-CUSTOMER, After reviewing our records checks out we did submit a bid, it took us about 3-weeks to finalize it, because of all the options and details the customer wanted, which included permits through the city of LA because of slope issues. This customer had a budget restriction of 50K, so I am not sure why they posted a 150k budget on this review. We submitted a full bid, in details at no cost, we spent about 3 hours with the client walking the property and we had 2 persons taking notes. Once we submitted the bid the client said they would be back with us in 2-weeks, never heard anything since. We are not sure why people post fabricated reviews for business that they did not contract the work through. Please check the BBB we have an excellent rating, and been around since 1964, we are one of the few companies that actually do full detailed custom work, back by warranties and guarantees
