I was looking forward to getting an estimate from Bartolazzi Plastering. I left a message on 5/29/20 at 12:30 PM. I left a message on 6/1/20 at 11:37 AM. I left a message on 6/2/20 at noon. I left my final message on 6/3/20, asking for a call back to indicate if they even WANTED the job. I never heard from anyone anytime. What a lousy way to do business. I would have appreciated a call to at least tell me that they weren't interested. I left a detailed message twice about the scope of my job: the square feet of the deck, the number of linear feet required for the stucco repair, the paint requirement, the access to the deck, etc. I got nothing in return.

Tony was prompt in returning phone calls, even used text when I could not pick up the phone calls. His workers were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The ceiling came out perfect. I will definitely use Tony for Future projects.

Tony was amazing! Friendly, fast and very high-quality work. He showed up precisely on time and finished the job precisely on time. All with a great sense of humor and a high level of care. He made it look easy, and is a master of his craft! I will definitely use him for all my future plastering and drywall needs!!

Tony runs his business in an accountable and admirable way. He is polite and professional - and carries with him a long history of experience. He carved out time within a full schedule for a relatively small but vital repair to a stucco area surrounding a newly installed roof, and took photos per our request for insurance filings. There would be no hesitation to call him again for other plastering needs.

I recently has some speakers for my entertainment center relocated leaving 5 rather large oval holes in my ceiling. To compound the problem, the existing drywall has a textured coating. In addition, I needed a section of wall next to a shower that had water damage replaced. I called Bartolazzi Plastering and left a message with a description of the work I needed performed. Tony called later that day and made arrangements to come out the next morning to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly the next morning and took about 15 minutes inspecting the holes and taking notes. He told me he would send me an estimate in a few days. However, it’s been two weeks and he hasn’t sent me the estimate or called to let me know he can’t do the job. I ended up hiring someone else.

Fantastic! I’ve hired Tony 3 times now for work both inside and outside. He does beautiful work, protects my house and belongings while working, and is always reliable and punctual.

I was very happy to have the project completed so well. My main concern had been that there would be a noticeable difference between the new work and the repaired section. All is good--you can't tell the difference, Both Tony and Lester were very pleasant to work with. They arrived on time, worked professionally and cleaned up after each day.

Tony's work is beautiful, and perfect. He's worked in our house - an old plaster house in Hancock Park - four or five times. He's punctual, reliable and a real craftsman. He's exactly the kind of guy you want to work in a house you care about. He makes sure to protect the floors and keep the dust and dirt to a minimum. And the job is always done right the first time. While we've used him frequently, we've never had to call him back because something wasn't done right. And we're not the only customers who feel like this: In Hancock Park, he's known as "The Guy" to call if you've got a plaster problem, and want it done right.

Tony did a beautiful job. He told me he would match the old plaster and he did. The ceiling looks better then it did before! He was consistently punctual and professional -- totally reasonable to deal with and someone I felt very comfortable to have in my home. I absolutely will call him if I ever need any other plaster work done. I highly recommend him.

Tony did an excellent job. Tony was flexible and responsive in scheduling he work. When he arrived to perform the work, he took time to protect adjacent materials (furniture, floor, etc.), and was very efficient in performing the repairs. The finished product looks great! I would not hesitate to hire Tony on another job, large or small.

Tony was very punctual and his time estimate for the work was accurate. He made our kitchen look like a kitchen again! He repaired plaster wall damage that occurred when we removed brick veneer from 2 walls. He also installed corner bead and drywall mud to repair a window frame, installed drywall around new plumbing, sanded walls and applied primer to get us ready for painting color.

Terrific job. Tony arrived right on time and was very professional. He did a fabulous job of re-stuccoing the wall, making the area around the panel look smooth and ready for paint. He even patched up a small eye-sore area by the front door for no charge!

I wasn't very happy with the service. There were some scheduling issues and I am not very happy with the quality of the work.

Great! Tony is very conscientious and does an exceptional job. His prices were not the cheapest, but not outrageous either. He leaves the work area clean as well, which I really appreciated. As anyone that has a home and wants to have quality workmanship, which seems hard to find these days, Tony is your guy! We decided to use Tony for all our future work.

Tony is the best! He worked on my house initially as a dub for my contractor. Since then he's done a few jobs for me over the years. That's important because it shows consistency over time. He does excellent work, keeps the are clean and is not intrusive while he works. Reliable too. He's my plaster drywall guy!

Tony has done work for me before; once at my home, as well as this most recent job at my sister's house. I contacted Tony via email and requested if he could provide his services within a four-day window when I had time off from my work. (I figured that the job required shouldn't take more than half a day.) Tony responded that he could be there at 8:30 AM Thursday. I agreed. Tony promptly showed up on time, assessed the work needed to be done, and got busy. Since the work was directly over the bathtub area, Tony lined a drop cloth in the tub, making clean-up easier. He used plastic sheeting to cover the bathroom counters to protect from dust and debris. He hammered out the damaged plaster and replaced with fresh plaster. Upon finishing, he dumped the damaged plaster in the garbage cans, and swept the bathroom floor. The entire job took about three hours. The finished wall came out perfect. Tony's craftsmanship was smooth and professional.

Arrived promptly and completed job quickly and neatly. Work was excellent quality and price was very reasonable. Personnel (Tony) was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Highly recommended.
