Description of Work: Brought computer to them August 26th for a tune up - it had been running slow. They called and said I needed new hard drive. No problem! I agreed to a new hard drive and they were to transfer data from old drive to new drive. Sounded easy to me. | |Got the computer back nine days later - they had renamed the computer, deleted data and did not adequately transfer data as promised. | |I attempted to reload data myself, and with the assistance of customer support for the various programs. Some none of us were able to fix. | |After doing what I could, i went back to them with the computer thinking they would want to do the right thing and make corrections. WRONG! | |Wrong name on computer? "That doesn't matter" the tech says - I told him it does matter - such as when Microsoft was trying to correct All City Computer errors they asked whose computer was it since the name didn't match mine, and when I made corrections on a Word document for work the computer name came up as the person making the changes. The tech sarcastically said he could easily change the name - he didn't. | |He was unable to load data to now empty files, or to load or correct other data he removed. | |I give up - buying a new computer - too many errors to fix on this one and too much data lost.

Description of Work: We wanted to buy a new printer and have it wireless connected to our three computers (one Mac and two PCs). Before purchasing the printer, we called All-City computers asking for advice about which kind of printer they would recommend. We talked to Marti and he gave us specific information about the type, brand and local store where we could get the printer most adequate for our needs. Once we had the printer, we scheduled an appointment with Marti. He came to our house at the arranged time, set up the printer, and connected it (wireless) to our computers as well as to our IPhones. All was done in less than 2 hours in a very efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
