Malibu Movers

We had a 6'4" wooden statue of Ganesh in our home that we could not seem to get rid of. Recently, a friend of the family agreed to take Ganesh off our hands. I was more than happy to pay for all the shipping and moving cost. Doing a little research online, I kept seeing the name Malibu Movers pop up, so I decided to give them a try. I called Malibu Movers to set up a pick up time. To be honest, they were very nice and helpful with all my requests. They gave me a specific date and time that their men would come out and pick up the item. I arranged my days schedule to accommodate the move. The day of the scheduled pick up, I get a call from Malibu Movers notifying me that their guys were not going to be able to make it. I didn't appreciate the last minute notice and the lack of professionalism. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but to get a call 30 minutes before doesn't seem right to me.
