house cleaning
+ -1 moreI called to see what they offered for their services. I made an appointment with Brian to see my home and give me an estimate. I explained to him what I needed and what parts of the house did not need a deep cleaning as he called it. He called me later in the day and we made a time for his crew to come and clean the house.
Description of Work: A crew of three people showed up and whipped through the house with extreme care and professionalism. They cleaned the entire house, which is very large and knew what they were doing. I liked that they use non-toxic cleaning supplies. Because they are bonded and have liability insurance made me feel that my house and belongings were safe. I was also able to communicate with them as they spoke English. At my request they sent me a statement right away.

+ -1 moreI love Maid in Malibu. They are amazing. They brought all the cleaning products, the brought all the cleaning equipment, they were easy to schedule, they did magnificent detail work in cleaning not just superficial cleaning. The place was sparkling when they left. They are knowledgeable in how to clean certain things and they brought things to our attention that needed help.I have never had a hitch with them whatsoever.
Description of Work: I use Maid in Malibu for cleaning. They were doing a move out cleaning and I have done 2 move out cleanings with them. They normally do household cleaning services.

Maid in Malibu offers the following services: Free walk-thru estimates given. General housecleaning on an appointment in advance basis. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Special Event cleaning. Move-in or Move-out cleaning. Post-construction cleaning. Light "express" cleaning, or standard and normal cleaning, or deep and very meticulous cleaning. Delicate and valuable objects handled with extreme care. Some window cleaning available. Loads of laundry, folding of laundry, re-making beds, general organization.
We do not clean carpets but refer people to a very good quality and long established sister company. We cannot clean windows that are very high or difficult to reach. No strong chemicals on board. Effective and safe enviro-friendly cleaning products only.
