Description of Work: The company performed a home inspection. Very thorough report and it was timely received. I actually used Homespecs for 2 home inspections. The first one, we backed out of the purchase based on the report.

Description of Work: Neil Ray was great -- very professional, arrived early and was very thorough. He took the time to walk me through the entire house and point out all issues that came up during the course of his inspection.
