+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the initial service on the washer and dryer, but not with the service on the air conditioning. The repair to the washer and dryer was efficient, with the only issue being that it cost more than the phone estimate without an adequate explanation for the difference. However, it still seemed inexpensive to us. Therefore, we placed a second call to the company on the air conditioning units. This was not successful as they were no-shows. The first service window that they gave to us was from ten-noon, and when they had not shown by noon, we called. They said no-shows never happen with them and rescheduled us from 4-6. When no one showed by 5:30 p.m., we called and they said they would call us back. They did not. When we called again, they said that their repairman would not be able to make it out on that day.
Description of Work: They repaired the venting to dryer and fixed the leaking with washing machine. Gave some cogent advice as well on best ways to use the appliances in the future.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT AND PUT IN A FAN AND CLEANED OUT THE LINES THAT WERE CLOGGED UP WITH HARD WATER. THEY WERE VERY FAST, AND THE MAN THEY SENT OUT REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I LIKED THEM VERY MUCH BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED MY REFRIGERATOR.
