Tom Klecak showed us all the products available and provided the quote for the products we choose. He then arrived on a Saturday and installed the doors. Tom is a real professional and cares about the work he does. We've used Mobile Screen before for window screens and sliding door screen replacements. Fast, neat, professional. I was surprised that they took the door with them, but they returned it in two days and it was all cleaned up with the new heavy duty screening and they must have cleaned the rollers. They called the day before to confirm their appointment both times and when he was stuck in traffic and going to be 20 minutes later, he called. Very impressed with all aspects of this company.

I called them the middle of August asking about their services. They made an appointment with us that Saturday for an estimate. We knew our door would be tricky as the door jam isn't straight and bulges out a little in the middle. He took measurements then shows us their catalog and what he recommends as we have a small dog that likes to paw on the screen door to open it when he wants to go outside. He showed us a couple and we went with the slightly fancy design. He then gave us samples of a couple types of screens that were a little more durable, again for the dog. We decided on the 3X stronger instead of the 5X as if was a bit thicker. Both are stronger than a normal screen door. He gave us a quote, charging (I think?) $19 more because of the custom fit for our weird door jam. We made an appointment for Wednesday morning. No money was required at that time. He arrived right on schedule Wednesday morning, spent about an hour on the door, and was finished! He did a very good job making the door fit except for a little gap at the top which again is due to the weird door jam. But it's still way better than what he had before which was a Home Depot very light aluminum door. He also showed us how the previous door was hung incorrectly by the previous owners, and he was right. We love the new door. It's much more sturdy than our previous door, closes without that slamming, banging sound the old one had, and it more secure when locked. We've already recommended him to our neighbors who were admiring our door and looking for one. If you compare door prices online, you might think they are little high priced, but considering this door was custom cut to fit, and professionally installed, it's worth it. Highly recommended!

They installed a custom built screen door on my kitchen door. They were the most expensive company I looked at for screens, but they specialize in them. They were very exact in the measurements during estimates and did a great job. Also, they replaced all of the frames for the screens except for one. I would definitely recommend them.

Once I got the initial appointment, which took about a week, the whole job was done in 48 hours! Took the old screens, came back with new ones 2 days later. Easy peasy!

My house was built in 1973 and last time screens were repaired was approx 15 years ago. My old screen doors needed replacing--screens ripped and barely able to slide doors back and forth. The 2 kitchen screens are odd size and didn't seem to fit properly. I called the company for a free estimate and Freddie came out on Wednesday 6/19 on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested that the new doors have handles slightly higher than the patio doors themselves (offset handles) so that every time I slid open a patio door the screen door wouldn't go along with it. Freddie measured everything gave me the quote and I completed the order. He said he could return on Friday 6/21 at 2pm to install. He was right on time and completed the installation in a short time. The higher handles on the screen doors worked out perfectly and kitchen screens also fit correctly (no more worrying if one of them should fall out suddenly!) I would recommend this company to anyone.

Service was great! I wanted two french doors covered with fixed screens, and made an appointment to get an estimate of costs, and and an approximate installation date. Sal A. arrived promptly at the agreed time, and gave me several options related to screening processes and products. We agreed on the elelments of the job, and an installation date was set for several days later. Sal arrived as scheduled, and the installation took about a half hour. All of my contacts and interactions with Mobile Screen Service, from the receptionist making the initial appointment, through the installation were positive. It is my impression that all of the employees of Mobile Screen Service don't just want to do the job. They want to do a great job and they want to do it right.

I called on Tuesday and was given a Thursday appointment. Carlos arived on time and answered all my questions. I decided to have them do the job and Carlos said he would be back on Saturday with the screens. Carlos arrived as planned on Saturday, installed the screens. When I mentioned to him that I have a hard time putting the screens back after I take them off to wash the windows, he showed me how to put the screen back on. Carlos was helpful and professional.

It went well from beginning to end.

When we let our dog outside to go the bathroom and don't let her back in immediately she acts like we're neglecting her, which leads to scratching and pushing of our sliding screen door. We used this company a year or so ago and purchased the pet screen which is very durable (the normal screen before was in shreds thanks to the dog). However, it still came undone a bit on the bottom thanks to the dog's constant scratching. The company was able to come out the next day after we called about a broken wheel on the bottom and the partial coming undone of the screen from the frame. Tom worked quickly, arrived on time, fixed the problem and cleaned our screen without us asking. Overall, a great experience!

Freddie came and gave me an estimate and was the one who performed the installation. Friendly, courteous and responsible. Kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival. Scott, the owner called the day prior to confirm the appointment, and was willing to come over according to my schedule. Happy with the company from start to finish. I would use their services again.

He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, told us up front the cost and stuck to that cost, and also delivered on time the next day. Flawless service and excellent overall experience.

I called Mobile Screen Service to have several screens repaired or replaced, since I saw all their great reviews. I think I called on Thursday or Friday, and was able to have someone come out that Saturday. Neto was right on time, and I showed him where there were tears in the screen, no screen at all, a screen door that didn't move, and window screens that push out easily (I was afraid of my cats pushing them and escaping). He gave me an estimate for both re-screen and new screens. I could have just taken the estimate and gotten back to them, but I was impressed with how knowledgeable and polite he was, so my husband and I agreed to have them do the work, rather than get a few more estimates. Based on another company that posted prices online, they seemed comparable, maybe a tad more expensive, but I liked knowing that I could have these screens back on Tuesday and I could finally start opening windows without worrying about my cats! I received a confirmation call Monday, and Neto returned on Tuesday (on time again- I wish other companies would take note of this) with beautiful screens! He also showed me how they use metal, not vinyl or fabric tabs, and I could see how the ones they made were a better quality than the ones that were in our house. (Almost made me want to get an estimate for replacing ALL the screens to theirs, but we have other things in our house to tackle first!) Thanks to Neto and Mobile Screen Service, my cats are now basking in the sun with the windows open and I can rest easy!

We just bought a new house and the previous owners' dogs had torn up some of the screens pretty badly. I called this company and they immediately set up an appointment. The employee who came to my house called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. He took the frames with him and scheduled a time to bring them back and install them. He ended up coming by even earlier than he had said (which was not a problem as my in-laws were at the house) but he still called me later to follow-up. I would definitely use them again if I ever need another screen repaired/replaced.

.When I called I got an appointment for the next day and Tom (very professional and knowledgeable ) showed up 10 minutes early. We walked around the house to see what I wanted replaced and he showed me different quality screens. I chose the "Tough" screen as I have cats. He explained that I may need some extra parts, corners, rollers, etc. I had two windows that needed special measuring as they were on a wooden bay window. Each side window was a slightly different size. He returned 3 days later, and installed all the new screens and they are terrific. The two special sized screens on the bay window, fit perfectly. He even labelled them so I would put them in the right window when I wash them. Excellent job all the way from the appointment to the final installation. I thought the price was a little high, but I did go for the more expensive screening so in the long run I feel my screens will last longer than normal, plus it was a quality job. As I explained, my upstairs patio screens were picked up the same day I called for them to be repaired. Saul was at my residence on time to pick up the screens and returned the following day again, right on time with my new screens. One patio door screen had to have the heavier mesh screen because of my climbing cat. Excellent customer service!!

They came out to give us a quote on the Friday, and were able to come back on the Saturday to do the work. Very impressed with the salesperson/technician. Nice that the sales person was the actual guy who did the work. Very neat, and polite. Work done was very good am pleased with the results. I have good quality screens on all my windows. Would use again and recommend to all.

Initial consultation was very informative, the representative (Leo) was very very knowledgable and I was very impressed. Due to my family commitments there was a delay in the installation of my repaired screens; however, I was very pleased with the finished product and the professionalism with the installation of my screens. A very good job, very quick and again very courteous. In addition I was very impressed with the contact maintained with Steve and his personnel and the weekend call to let me know of a date forthcoming was greatly appreciated.

Very responsive, called ahead, they came on time and measured in just a few minutes. These are custom screens for custom windows, not standard off the shelf sizes. Each screen is about 3' by 4' and has to nest in a channel in the double hung windows. The contractor called in the info to the office and said he would be back in a couple of days to install. He did come back in a timely manner and took just a few minutes to install and double check the screens. They actually fit better than the original screens from the window company. Price was great, service too, will use them again - have used them in the past to replace a sliding door track, good experience there too.

Scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. On 7/25/2012, Customer representative Freddie accompanied me through my home and provided the estimate. Freddie was quick and thorough, extremely patient with my multiple questions (re cost, warranty, etc.) had a great demeanor, and sought to provide exactly what I was looking for. Freddie was proactive and administered excellent advice regarding increasing airflow by creating window screen frames for windows that currently didn't have screens, and discussed installing a disappearing screen door. Within 48 hours, on 7/27/2012, Freddie returned and installed everything as promised. My home is cooler and better ventilated thanks to Mobile Screen Service and Freddie. From beginning to end, the experience was top notch.

It went fine. My only negative is that their name implies they will come to your house and fix the screens, when they actually come get the screen and take it for two days and bring it back. No big deal, but it means you are screenless for that time. Other than that, they were great.

They did a good job. I thought they were going to do it in the driveway because it said mobile but they did take it away and bring it back.
