They were good. The service was excellent. It was reasonable. They were professional and they were on time with everything, and did excellent work. They had a great warranty on their product.

Very smooth, the installer knew what he was doing, he explained how to use the screen door. The whole thing was easy though I thought perhaps a little more expensive than it should have been.

I really liked their service and their workers too. Everything was done on time and quickly. I don’t recall the exact price but I know that it was a very good price. The repair was for one screen but they gave me the option to repair up to three screens. I did not have any issues with them. I had not have any complains with the screens since they repaired it.

One of the best experiences. Initially spoke on the phone with the owner, Scott, who was willing to expedite my service due to upcoming medical obligations. I was impressed with the thoughtful effort he put into to helping make this happen. He sent punctual Carlos for both the consultation and the installation. Carlos showed a genuine enthusiasm for the product and explained and demonstrated the particulars very well. The installation went well and quickly. He also painted and installed an extra piece of wood in the threshold to make a smoother ride for a member of the household who uses a wheelchair. The window screen was installed effortlessly. Both Scott and Carlos were extremely pleasant to work with. Overall a very good experience. We will be using them again.

The Mobile Screen Service service person, Carlos was very punctual and professional. Since only one large patio screen was being rescreened, he suggested that the tracking wheels which were a little rough be replaced so I would be getting the full value of the service call. I would definitely use this company again for screen repair or replacement.

Cost was a bit higher than I had anticipated but I had not done any comparison pricing. I see this truck all the time and went with them based on reviews on Angie's List. EXTREMELY professional. Called several times throughout the week confirming time or arrival (Neto, the service tech, even called when running behind due to being stuck in traffic to let me know he'd be a bit late based on GPS ETA). Neto even did some quick maintenance on a screen that was a bit loose, without charge. When I forgot to mention the Angie's list discount, he reminded me before I wrote the check! Picked up screens on Tuesday, installed them on Thursday first thing! GREAT COMPANY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tom was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew just what we needed. When I wanted the most expensive option because the screens & locks sounded a little stronger, he advised me that it would probably not work on my sliders & we went with the middle priced ones. They are beautiful! He advised getting the "black" color because they were actually more see-through than the gray. He was right, & I can't believe how clear it is looking out my windows. But the biggest comment I have is that two of my slider tracks had major problems of long-standing. The first screen he made did not fit correctly, so after spending time on it, he took it back & re-made it. There was still a problem but he worked & worked on it & found a solution. He might have actually taken it back one more time, I can't remember. The other slider also had a problem & I didn't think it was going to be solved, but once again he used his ingenuity to make the job perfect. His dedication is worth everything & I highly recommend this company.

Carlos came out and was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions. He was very punctual. He took our screen doors to be repaired, and he brought them back when promised. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend them.

Carlos M. arrived on time. Very courteous. Had all the screens out and order placed within half and hour on 6/18/14 at 4:00 PM. Carlos had met our cat and recommended against a retractable screen door - cats figure out they can escape under screen. Screens were returned and re-installed by 9:00 AM 6/19/14. Invisible screens look - invisible. Couldn't be happier

They did a nice job. Kind of expensive, for they do not do the work at your home or do any custom screens.

These guys are the greatest! This is my second (and probably last) screen replacement with them. They replaced my downstairs windows and slider screens in October...One five-foot slider screen was totally new-built with heavy duty wheels (I didn't specify the wheels-they just did them). Both experiences have been top-notch. Neto has handled both jobs in a professional yet friendly manner. They are very timely but as Neto was running a bit late today, I actually received a call from Scott to let me know and verify I still wanted him to come by. I selected some heavy-duty "cat-resistant" screening in Oct. and it has been perfect with a new kitten that arrived in Nov. The slider door they're doing will have the same screening and is upstairs in the master bedroom. It is open at night for breezes and I was concerned about how long it would be until the new screening was in and the door delivered back as the bedroom gets very warm without that door open. Today is Friday and they will be delivering the rescreened door tomorrow late afternoon! What great service! If you need new screens in OC, don't go to anyone else!

They were very imformative as to the correct operation of the screen. We have a very tall door and the price was reasonable. The door carries a two year warranty. The installer was professional, clean, neat and punctual. We would definitely recomment this provider

They're an A across the board. I've used them before. We have terriers and one of the dogs took our previous screen out. Mobile Screen has got a fantastic pet-proof screen but I cut them slack because barely nothing is really pet-proof. If the pet decides it's coming in, it's coming in. However, they did this before and the previous dog that we had never got through that screen. The screen is made of a heavier gauge and it reduces the light that's coming in. It does UV blocking. It cost a bit more but for us it was well worth it. The only disappointing thing was they had to take the pet-proof screen back but when they returned after two days, everything was perfect.

After going thru the various options for a screen door repair company on Angie's list, I decided to contact Mobile Screen Service. They were very professional on the phone and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Their technician, Carlos, showed up on time for the appointment and was very helpful in explaining and showing me the various options available. The patio screen door was worn out and abused from years of grandkids and dogs running thru the screen etc. We ruled out a "doggie" door because it would detract from our view of the back yard but went with a very durable screen material. Carlos suggested the same material for the other slider, since it was the dogs which had damage that door. Carlos took the doors with him, since they do all work at their office location. Before he left, he set up an appointment to return and install the new doors. Everything went as scheduled. Carlos made sure everything was clean and adjusted before he left. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Extremely pleased with final product.

I have used them in the past and I knew they did fast work and it was of good quality. I was very happy with the work and I would definitely use them again.

The service worker was professional and the finished work was A plus. They kept me informed throughout.

UPDATE Please disregard my F rating from an earlier posting. Scott contacted me right away after my review. Scott explained it was a huge misunderstanding with a new employee. He was very committed to making this right and he did. His crew came out and installed new screens and I am very pleased. The crew was punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

Carlos M. was great to work with. He was early for the estimate & early for the install. He took time to answer all of my questions, measure, and show me samples when he came out for the estimate. In addition, he was 10 minutes early for the install and it only took about 30-40 minutes. You can't even tell he was here (except for my great new door). On a side note, the inside of his truck is so organized and clean -- it's impressive! Makes me feel like he put the same care into our new screen door. I was impressed that the installation was standard price. My door is not the "perfect" size and there weren't any extra charges for getting it to fit exactly right, or a comment along the lines of: "Well, this is more than I expected so... I have to charge more, come back, etc." Carlos just installed it and it was exactly the price he quoted me. The price was less than the same type of door from Lowes or Home Depot. Also, they were running a special coupon & allowed me to combine the coupon with the Angie's List 5% off which was great. I am considering using them for our front door as well. I was very pleased.

They were very good, efficient, and fast. They were very expensive. I wouldn't use them again based on the cost of the service.

Tom did an excellent job of estimating what would work best for us. His installation was flawless. We are very pleased with job and highly recommend the invisible mesh if your conditions warrant it.

Mobile Screen Service was excellent. I had to have 4 screens replaced on my patio, and Tom was a great help. The price was reasonable, unlike the painting I had done a few weeks ago, as I had no idea what was realistic on the pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Mobile Screen Service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the individual who painted a few rooms in my house, for what I found out after the fact, was a ridiculously high price for the work performed.

Carlos showed up on time for our appointment even though I did not. He was nice enough to come back a couple of hours later. He measured the window I wanted replaced, gave me my options, then came back the next day with the new screens. He then installed them and I paid him with a credit card. Easy!
