Repair was excellent and as expected.

Mobile Screen called me the next day to know about the job. Then they came to my house at EXACTLY the time promised and in less than 3 minutes they gave me my invoice to be paid when the repaired screen door were delivered, and they took the door. In two days, as promised, at the EXACT time promised, they came back to install it in less than a minute. I am soooo pleased with them. They offered me a couple of different types of screen, one more resistant and invisible than the other, so I had my choice.

I can't say enough about this company! My job was not an easy job, I live in a high rise building that has never had screens on the windows installed before. There was lots of red tape to go through as the building wanted to ensure the screens did not change the look of the building from the outside nor damage any part of the structure while stalling. Plus, the type of windows I have only push out so the window screens had to be easily removable. Scott, and his entire staff went out of their way to make this work for me. The window screens and the door screen are such high quality you can't even see they are there. I have to put a sticker on the door to remember it's there so I don't walk through it. Again, it was a difficult job but they handled it smoothly and did a beautiful job! I highly, highly highly recommend this company!

Their work is great. They are busy. It is hard to get someone to come in when I need it right. Their work and their screens are great.

Their representative John Quintana was very professional. He arrived on time. Quickly did his job which was important since I had another appointment after he left. He thoroughly explained my screen choices and called his office immediately to schedule a time to return the screens. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It went GREAT!!! Mobile Screen Service hit all the marks and we now have a screen door that defeats two 60lb dogs everyday.

As I stated above, they did a FIRST RATE JOB on installing custom screen doors, with MAGNETIC closures. They also spent a lot of EXTRA time, explaining the problems I face with almost ALL of my original windows. Due to the unique way all my OLD Glass windows open, which is out...the original wood screen frames must first be restored. No easy trick! Then they need to have, either new, or old, hinges replaced on them so that they'll be able to open up ..INSIDE. Opposite of the way the way the windows open..which is OUT. Then..The old frames can be refit for screens. I have a VERY challenging set of problems in this cute, quaint, & ANCIENT beach cottage! They have spent hours trying to help me figure some of these problems out! I will surely use them again, if & when, I ever get the chance to! I would, & have, recommend them for ANY screen problems my friends, associates, or family may have. Though they were not able to re-screen my entire home...I LOVE the MAGNETIC closing, screen doors they DID install!

I have had Tom K. from mobile screen service to my home many times to do everything from re-screening, making new screen doors to installing a disappearing screen. Today he re-screened and fixed a screen slider that I was certain needed to be replaced. It works great now. The last time he was out I was afraid my disappearing screen would need to be replaced but as usual Tom K. saved me a lot of money by fixing it. I would not call any other company. They are very responsive, prompt, honest and Tom is a delight. I highly recommend this company!

This is my first Angie's List experience I sent a request to them and heard back same day. They wanted to come at 8am I said later would be better. NO problem! They set up appt at 1-3 pm then the day before said it would be between 2-2:30, then, we will be there at 2:20....and they were! Eddie appeared with a clean uniform, big smile land wonderful friendly attitude. Even reminded me to print out the 5% OFF coupon to give to him when he returns! Sometimes you just have a good feeling about something ya know....well, they have not even returned the door, and I know it will be an A. I will update this review tomorrow to confirm. The price was not the lowest, but I'll pay extra for this kind of service and people - thank you very much!!! =-) Debbie

They exceeded my expectations. They were extraordinarily prompt and acted even quicker. The work was exactly what we expected and we are very happy with their work and service.

They were great. Scheduled me promptly for an estimate and had the screen door installed within days. Honored a coupon for Angie's List. Employee Freddie was courteous and knowledgable.

We called for an estimate and within a week Freddie came out, gave us an estimate and within 3 days had the screens made and installed perfectly. Freddie arrived exactly at the time he stated both times he came to the house. He was incredibly respectful of the home and was a perfectionist in the installation. Two of our windows are very large and were not mean't to have screens so Freddie devised a way to install a frame that blends perfectly into the window frame. When the screens are not in use they fold back and are truly invisible. Our other screen was for an even larger french door that has stationary windows on each side. Once again Freddie found a way to build a frame that blends into the french door frame with out taking away from the windows on each side. It was truly a custom job. One of the best contractor's I've ever worked with!

As soon as I sent my Angie's List request in, Scott called me and scheduled a time for their technician to come out. They sent Eddie, who was right on time! He was very cheerful and professional and measured my windows and went over options with me. I needed the extra-strength pet screen and new frames. The appointment to install them was scheduled; someone called to confirm and Eddie returned in less than 48 hours and installed my new screens. Plus, he let me know that the old screens would be recycled! Great Experience!

I always wanted a disappearing screen door and was very happy with it. Until the wind kept blowing it open. We have a lot of wind from the ocean. So I called Mobile screen up and they are coming out and placing a small lock on the door. Now I'll really love it.. Everyone in my family is so happy that I had the retractable screen door installed. I had it right before this heat wave it. Since we live so close to the beach we do not have AC and normally don't need it. I'm very impressed with how cool our home has been with the screen door,.. And also what nice easy people to deal with..

These guys are great! They were on time, fast and did a great job. They removed the screen and took it back to the shop to fix and reinstalled just a few days later. I didn't even have to be home when they came back to install. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used this company, and I had a great experience both times. The salesman, Saul Ambriz, was professional and personable, and the shop does excellent work. One thing that sets this company apart is its commitment to keep appointments punctually, which shows that they respect the value of the customer's time. I highly recommend Mobile Screen Service!

These guys are always on time, and always make screens that fit perfectly and hold up well over time. I will definitely use their services again in the future. One of my windows is a very old style metal frame and the rep knew exactly what type of fastener to use so that the screen would be secure.

The provider John came on time, took measurements and came back a day later and installed the two new screens. He was very professional, prompt, answered all our questions and knew what he was doing.

Everything was done exactly as promised. Our estimator and installer (Eddie) was fabulous. He was personable but professional, very responsive to questions and suggestions, seemed to truly want us to get best cost and product. He was on time, took screens away on day one, and returned them within a few days exactly when promised. We couldn't have asked for anything to go better. I understand why there reviews were so positive and would definitely use them in the future if needed.

They are amazingly prompt and come within a 15 minute window. Impressive. Neto measured my window on a Wed. and returned on Saturday with the new screen. After a little tweaking, it fits perfectly. I used the 5% Angie's discount and I'm very pleased. They determined they couldn't service the door. A new one cost $459 so I didn't do that. I did find someone else to replace the springs for $80 so it worked out. This is a great company that's easy to do business with.

They were very good. They were great. They take your screens and they completely fix them offsite and then they bring it back the next day all done and they put them in, install them for you and everything.

Neto was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The work that he provided was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend this company as well as use them again when needed.

The initial installation was good. They came out, measured, and then later installed. The screen is a big bonus on summer evenings. Update: The initial review was 8 months after the install. After seeing I graded them with 2 B's and the rest A's, Scott called and asked how he could improve. I explained that the bottom track was a little loose for the wide span of double doors. Scott said they want to provide the best service and Eddie came out and improved the rigidity of the bottom track. It was good before and now its great. They sent a thank you note and follow up phone call. Top notch service, well beyond what I expected.

Called on Wednesday, scheduled appointment next morning. Neto arrived right on schedule, quickly measured the screens and provided an overall estimated. I agreed with price. He then removed the screens and scheduled return 2 days later. On the next day, (Friday), received a confirmation call for his return time on Saturday. Neto again arrived right on schedule, quickly reinstalled screens. Everything looked great. The screen sliding door works better than it ever has. Both times, Neto was here less than 15 minutes. Excellent job - would definitely use them again.
