All work was carefully done and some problem windows were fitted with screens. The technician taught me how to remove the screens myself for future cleaning. There was no effort to encourage me to replace screens that were in good condition. I appreciated the honesty.

He described the different options available, and also discussed the difference between metal wheels and nylon. He was approachable, informative and helpful, and he didn't try to up-sell me on items I didn't want. He gave us a 5% discount. We accepted the bid, and he arrived the following Wednesday to install the doors. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and Freddie made a minor repair to the vinyl housing at the same time. The doors are good, but not great - the existing housing was a little uneven and so one of the doors is not a snug as I would like.

The company delivered as promised...professional, on-time, explained the options clearly.

Great! Initial quote over the phone from Scott matched up with the quote I received when their rep came to my house. I was debating about doing the retractable screens due to the cost, and wondered whether I should go with another company that gave me a lower quote (I also received one quote that was higher than theirs). Based on my conversation with rep regarding quality and warranty, I decided to go with Mobile Screen Service. Three days later he returned to install all of the repaired/new screens as well as the new retractable screen - which looks great. I'm very happy with the quality of the retractable screen compared to others that I've seen. The rep was very polite and professional.

Tom came out and measured. He was on time, personable and courteous. The screens were ordered and installed the following week, again by Tom. The customer service was excellent. I changed the initial assessment appointment time and date as well as the installation time and date. They worked with me to adjust the schedule, and even switched my appointment time with another customers' to accommodate my schedule (thanks, whoever you are!).
