Leo Madrigal showed up at our house on time and looked very professional. Our slider screen door had fallen apart. He gave us an estimate of the job and to my surprise that was the exact price. He delivered the door the next day on time and completely fixed. Leo spent about a half hour adjusting the door so that it would slide perfectly..I expected an extra charge but to my shock there wasn't one. This company and Leo ROCK!!!...I highly recommend them. I scheduled the initial appointment. A service tech came to my house. He explained the services they could provide and then when I made my selection, he took the screens to be repaired and scheduled a return date to replace my screens.

Estimate over the phone was too much money.

Very professional service with attention to detail. When one new screen didn't fit quite right, the technician insisted on sending it back so it wouldn't create a problem in the future. I might have accepted the flaw, but I'm glad he was so conscientious. It means that one year later the screens are still well fitted and easy to remove and replace for cleaning. The co. also referred me to a very helpful window washer. We had all the windows and older screens washed and replaced all the screens that were a problem. Our tech even suggested we didn't need to replace a few, just have them cleaned . What a huge improvement! I really appreciate the honesty and good work.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote and they were actually 10 minutes early awaiting my arrival. Very professional, respectful and polite. Ran through the windows I needed redone and quote was given prior to leaving. We scheduled a day to have work done which they were punctual again. Work was done quickly and all excess and old material was taken away by them. They even put in at no additional cost weather stripping on my front door.

Great. They described the different repairs available and the cost/difference between new and repair. Replaced a previous Home Depot door with one of theirs and it works great.

They got in done fairly quickly. The gentleman took pride in his work. He even took a picture with me and the end result.

They are very good. It's owned by a guy who comes out and does the work. He is very nice. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He did the work very quickly. He was very good.

Excellent. It has a great lock, works perfectly, and they were very nice. Almost a year later and our screen is still in good condition. And we have three pets! I wasn't familiar with a Pet Screen but I am so happy they introduced it to me. It's worth the extra money.

They came 9/30/11 to take the door and returned 10/1/11 with the door screen fixed. They were very polite and clean and professional.

They came out within two days to measure the windows, and gave us the cost that day. They came back out two days later and installed the screens. They were on time both days, the screens were perfect, and the price was reasonable.

I contacted Mobile Screen Service on Wednesday, 7/13/11 by phone for an estimate to rescreen all the windows and sliding doors on our house. I discussed over the telephone how many screens and sliders would be needed to be rescreened/replaced and was given an approximate quote. An appointment was set for that Friday, July 15th, for the rep to come out to verify what needed to be done, confirm the number needed and that the frames were in good shape, and write a written estimate. The rep showed up an EXACTLY when the appointment was scheduled, spoke to us in depth about what needed to be done after he verified the number of screens we needed replaced, and went over the written estimate explaining everything thoroughly. The rep also discussed other screen options available from his company, and made suggestions about other things available. The rep confirmed that he could take all the screens right then and there and have them back to us by Monday, July 18th at 9:00 am. Monday, July 18th, at exactly 9:00 am, the same rep returned and rehung every rescreened window and slider as promised. The work was excellent and performed exactly as promised and very quickly. I had done some other phone and internet shopping about this service prior to deciding to go with Mobile Screens and was sure that the price I was charged for this work was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants FAST, quality work for a fair price! The rep was very courteous and able to answer any and all questions we had.

Great service. Freddie arrived on time. Informative about products offered. Website also quite informative with videos by owner about types of products offered. No high pressure sales. Just reviewed products and gave pricing for different items. Their heavy duty sliding screen door (with 2yr warranty) was much more durable than anything we have found at Lowes/Home Depot. We have replaced this door ourselves in the past but the durability of products available at home improvement stores was always lacking. Freddie took measurements on Sat and returned on Tues with the new screen door and redone window screen. (they are closed Sun and Mon). The screen door now slides like a dream and the screen is almost invisible so we can enjoy our yard. The redone window screen he installed (our frame) was loose (missing a tab) so he added some insulation strips so the screen wouldn't rattle. Very impressed with this company. We would definitely use them again if needed.

Had no screens on existing windows. Called company on Thursday, had an appointment the following Saturday. Employee was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Pricing and quality of materials were great! Had product delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Showed up right on time with no delays. Would definitely use them again!

Saul met me at a rental property I own promptly at the time they committed to be there to estimate the cost of the screen replacements. He gave me a quote on all the windows and sliding glass doors that needed work. They showed me several options for materials but weren't hard sell about it. I decided which ones I wanted to replace and they took the frames with them. They returned on time within the week and installed them. They did what they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and were very professional. Great experience.

The serviceman arrived promptly. I was impressed by the variety of screen and frames available. He finished the first 5 screens in about 20 minutes. They were so attractive and well made that I asked for a quote for 10 more screens. The price is reasonable...considering the high quality of materials and construction and that 5 of the screens were for huge windows. The serviceman was professional, polite, and quick.

Freddie was very personable and friendly. I now have a screen door my bichon won't ruin and I have a lovely view of the green belt.

It was great. Saul came, did the measurements, showed me the options and said he'd be back in 2 days. He came back as he said --one of his office people called to confirm the installment date. The screens look great. Installation took about 20 min. Saul was professional, courteous, and funny. I wish all vendors were as good as Mobile Screen Service.

They came to my house, quoted the work, and committed to a delivery of the work. They showed up on the scheduled day/time and executed perfectly. They did a quality job at a fair price.

He was great. He suggested a special screen that we didnt even now about. He is designed for pets and is great. He was very good at explaining the differences between them.
