Tom came out and took a look at the door. I asked him about reinstalling the dog door that had fallen out of the door. He told me my screen door was really good quality so I didn't need to replace it, it only needed the new screen/mesh. I appreciated his honesty. He also said he couldn't guarantee the old dog door so we purchased a new one that was much better quality than the old one. Tom attached a latch on my door so the door wouldn't slide open when the dog came in and out. He worked on this a couple of ways until it was right. He took the door away to fix it then brought it back within a day or two. I referred Mobile Screen Service to my mom who also used the company and was happy with their work and professionalism.

This was an EXCELLENT experience. I called on a Tuesday to inquire about the price for the screen which they gave me and told me there was a $100 off coupon on their site. Leo came out on Thursday and measured for the screen and advised he would be back on Monday to install. I started to write a check and he told me that he did not need any money until job was completed. He showed up at the appointed time on Monday and installed the screen door. He even fixed a couple of minor things on side screens for me at no extra charge. He was very professional and super nice. I would definitely use only this company again. I highly recommend them without reservation.

The vendor is out of business and Mobile Screen was able to replace the screen and springs for $159 less the 5% Angies discount. Great job and very courteous and professional service by Scott on the phone and Leo who came out to do the work. Also had a new screen made for another window for $40 and it's well made. Great organization.

I called Mobile screen service because I saw them on you-tube and found so i checked and also found out they were on Angie's list so I called them to come out and replace my screen door because the screen was full of holes from our cat. when Leo arrived (right on time) he said I had requested having my door replaced, I told him that was correct. then he told me after looking at it you could save half of what you would pay by just replacing the screen, he told me the door was in good shape and i would be wasting my money if I replaced the whole door. I told him the wheels did not seem to roll well, he said he would replace the wheels for the same price . anyway I was impressed with his honesty so I agreed to do just do the screen. he told me it would be done the next day, but i told him i would be out of town until late the next evening he said if I did not mind he would just come by and put it in and I could send in the check when I looked it over, again I was surprised that he was going to fix it with out any money up front. .. anyway I got home that following evening the door was on and it looked great! it opens smoothly( my wife was tired of me opening and closing it over and over again) .. I sat down and wrote the check out and mailed it today. I will definitely use them again ..... Leo was very friendly and polite.

Great job, the price is right and they don't try to sell you something you don't want or need.

Sal arrived on time Friday morning and discussed with me the type of screening I had requested when I called the company a few days earlier. Sal gave me the cost, removed the screens and said he would be back the next day to install the new screens. Sal arrived on schedule the next day and replaced the new screens. All the screens look great! This is a very professional company with reasonable prices and very easy to work with for new screen installation.

My dog destroyed our original screen to our sliding door. Mobile screen service came out the next day, took the screen and brought it back the following morning with a new and pet friendly screen on our door that withstands constant scratching of the dog and pushing by a 2 year old. They were prompt, professional and the quote was what we paid.

We needed to updated the screens on all upstairs windows as well as build screens where there were none. Also had them rebuild our backyard screen door.

Called and had mobile screen driver pick up three sliding doors on a Thursday andthey were returned two days later. Great service and would recommend and use again in the future.

None of the windows on my 1928 Craftsman had screens when I moved in a year ago. A few months in I tried the DIY route of making one for a smallish window in my kitchen. $50.00 and hours of frustration later I threw in the towel. I'd heard from friends that having screens done professionally was going to be expensive so I shelved the dream of a cross breeze until more pressing to-dos got scratched off the house list first. WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE WAITED! Had I known it was this affordable and easy I would have taken care of them week 1 of new home ownership - lesson learned. I found Mobile Screen Service on Angie's list, called them last Friday to make an appointment for an estimate and Saul showed up Saturday exactly when they said he would. He measured, quoted and was gone in under 15 minutes, the cost far less than I expected. He was absolutely professional, friendly, listened to and answered my every question. It's Monday (yes, not even a whole business day later) and here I sit in my home with everything DONE - Saul came back and installed the finished screens in under 1/2 hour this afternoon. I am being absolutely sincere here when I say having screens on my windows is a life-changer and I don't think I could be any happier right now! ROCK ON, MOBILE SCREEN SERVICE, ROCK ON!!!

Couldn't be happier! They were available to come out and measure the windows the day after I called. Tom (the owner) showed up, measured the windows, showed us our choices on quality & types of screens, and provided an estimate, all within 20-30 minutes. The screens were ready, delivered, and installed the very next day. We've only had them in for a week so far, but they seem like great quality!

See previous statement. Well, I'm a bit confused as your website says do not submit a new report to update an old one. However, the page I am on now indicates that I can submit an update so here goes. After submitting my original report on Mobile Screen Service, I received a phone call from them the very next day. Was I surprised! They offered to come out and replace the thin rubber vertical strip on the screen door that they had overlooked the first time and they did come out very promptly and replace not just one strip but two, one on either side of the screen door and they did this free of charge. Now that is what I call service! A good company!!

I heard Angie's List doesn't give up on getting your feedback and after almost two years I surrender and am filling out your form :) Actually this company was so professional and responsive it was startling...how refreshing in today's age.

My husband & I wanted a screen for our bedroom's french doors. They arrived on time, discussed the options with us and the pros/cons of the screens (namely that they are not pet proof) and we had the door installed within the week. It's much nicer than the ones that came with the french doors in the rest of the house and works very well. This screen is installed on the inside of the door since the doors open out of the house for some reason, but that wasn't a problem for them.

He was good and prompt. He did a good job about explaining everything. He was really good.

I found Mobile Screen Service on Angie's List. I called for an appointment and I was able to get one for the next day. Carlos came to my home promptly and found me outside attempting to assemble a plastic storage cabinet. He was very friendly with a big smile and chuckled at my situation. He removed all my screens and gave me a receipt and told me that my screens would be delivered and installed in 2 days. As I continued to attempted to assemble the cabinets, he asked me if I needed help with it. I told him no thank you (I felt bad about allowing him to help me), but he insisted with his usual big smiley face! He basically put the whole thing together for me. It was not easy task, because it had a gazillion pieces to it. If he hadn't helped me, it would have taken me hours to figure it out. I was so grateful to Carlos not only for helping me with the cabinet, but for providing fantastic service in regards to my screens. The screens turned out beautiful and he left with his costumary smiling face and a handshake. If you use this company, ask for Carlos!!!

They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They were a bit pricey, but everything else was excellent. I would use them again.
