The painting looks nice, but he got paint on the hose and on some of the plants where he rinsed out his paint brushes. I am the former tenant. The landlord paid for the services, but I witnessed all of the actual painting and theft. I also witnessed the dog peeing and the mess he left in the back yard. The tarps belonged to me and the wood was mine and stacked by me and I was the one who told him he could have the small pile in the front yard...not steal the stack in the back yard!
Description of Work: The painter was to paint the interior of the house that was to be rented. He brought his dogs to the house in which I witnessed one of his dogs peeing on the carpet. His dogs pooped in the back yard and he did not pick any of it up. He asked if he could have a small 3 x 3 ft. pile of fire wood and I said yes. He proceeded to STEAL the 5 x 7 ft pile of fire wood that we had stacked in the back yard, when everyone was gone. He also stole 7 new tarps that were covering the piles of wood and a stack of lumber. After I threatened to file a police report, he broght back 1/3 of the wood and 6 of the tarps. I would not recommend this painter to anybody.
