A 5 step process is used for every carpet cleaning which includes: pre-spray, scrub, steam, bonnett, and rake. His cleaning chemicals are soap-free and odor-free. I am not real pleased with them, because I don't think they did a thorough cleaning, especially around the edges going into the kitchen. They did not respond to my request to come back. I will not use them again .
Description of Work: I used Affordable Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. The last time they were here was just before Thanksgiving.

The guy is amazing. The pricing is very good. He was available on short notice. He even helped us perform yard work. He is very nice. They go above and beyond what you would expect to perform an awesome job. We will continue to use them for our own home and our rental houses.
Description of Work: We had him come in and clean all of carpet in our home.
