handyman service

Description of Work: For handy man I called Fernandez's Cleaning. He was recommended to me by the rental people that I am using. He does porcelain work where he realign you shower or tub in porcelain. He came to do that and did get to know him and he did a couple of handyman’s job for me. He put up shelf for me and a window guard. The renters said a window blind was not working and he checked it out and said it had to be done but the company because it required a part.

bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreRogelio Fernandez was recommended to me by Bay Area Rental Advisors. While his base is in Madera he does a lot of work in the bay area. While Rogelio first language is Spanish,he does remarkably well in communicating in English. One thing, I really liked is he looked at the problem and considered what would work best. For example ,I had to do the tile soap dish in the tub. He showed me that the dish was flat tile. Water would stay in it and would erode the porcelain. There is an odor to the porcelain when it is first sprayed on and it does take a few hours to go away. I heard alarming tales from others of how bad it is and how long the smell lasts. When I asked Rogelio about it he assured me it wasn't that bad and told me he puts Pina Colada perfume in it. He was right it wasn't as bad as I had heard but it did not smell like Pina Colada.
Description of Work: re-glazed shower walls to white. Re-glazed pink tub to white and anti-skid. removed 2 broken bathroom sink fixtures and replaced with new fixtures leaving all unbroken tiles in place. About 5 black edge tiles were missing. He could not find a match so he put in white and then glazed them black. He also repaired a wall damaged by rain from a window. He wood framed area around the dishwasher and rehung a door that was opening wrong.
