Description of Work: We've been using Delk for regular service since we moved into our house 8 years ago. They have always been professional, on time, & responsive if we ever have a problem. They come out every 3 months but we can call if we need anything in between & they have always responded quickly.

+ -1 moreThey come out every three months for treatment. They do their job and I don't find any bugs. I have been with them for years. When I found them, I had ants in my house and wanted to do something about it and they are right up the street so I called them. The price is what everybody else charges so it is good. They call to see if I want them to come at a certain time and when I don't they just come. They are punctual if I call. If they say they will be there they are. hey are professional. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We use DELK PEST CONTROL for pest control. They were here in May to spray the outside of my house for bugs.

+ -1 moreI highly recommend Delk. For 10 years they have provided me with excellent customer service and I don't see that changing any time soon. I feel like I am more then just a number and that are always striving to provide a great service at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Ally is our Pest Control provider she is great. She nice to our dog, she play ball with her and gives her treats, she asked for permission first. Every time our dog hears her coming she gets so excited and happy. She has been providing our pest control for 10 years. When I call the main office they are always friendly and courteous. Last year we had some red bugs that seemed to be taking over our yard. I called to see if they could help us out and the next day Ally came to spray, at no extra charge. She apologized for not noticing these bugs earlier and told me to please call anytime I had a concern about pests.

+ -1 moreThey've been really responsive when we've had a problem. The only difficulty we had was that for a period last year they never seemed to receive our payment checks and we had to cancel and resend checks twice. That seems to have been resolved now.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME ONCE A WEEK ON THURSDAYS AND WE NEVER INTERACT WITH THEM, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO DO A VERY NICE JOB AND WE DO NOT HAVE MUCH PROBLEM WITH BUGS ANYMORE. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AND WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME EACH MONTH AND SPRAYED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE HAD ANTS IN THE KITCHEN AND THEY CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY, AND THE ANTS WERE GONE IN ONE DAY.
