Termite treatment.

I had a very positive experience. They have a phenomenal fee as far as I can remember. I like everything about them. They are very friendly. They are willing to accommodate us. They had set up an appointment with us the first time. I called and asked them to change the time because we had something else to do. They were very willing to do that. There was an incident that happened while they where treating the termites. The owner of the company's son did the work. We have subterranean termites and they have to drill around the house. They have to make hole's all around. While they were doing that, he accidentally hit one of our water pipes. He came and told me what he had done. He told me not to worry because he would have a plumber fix it. They charged us nothing because it was his fault. The plumber came out and it was immediately fixed. I like them because they are a family owned company. They were very punctual.

They have been pretty good. I would rate them highly.

Rob Nason came out and did a termite inspection. he was very professional. he was very thorough.

THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANIES WORK WAS POOR. THEY NEVER DID ANY FOLLOW-UP PROCEDURES, AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I HAVE HEARD THAT OTHERS PUT THINGS IN THE GROUND TO PREVENT TERMITES, BUT THEY ONLY FUMIGATED THE HOUSE.
