solar panels, energy audit
 + 0 moreTerrible. My PG&E bills are still high. I kept trying to get them to evaluate the system. After 7 years, they finally admitted they did not install enough panels. Also, when it rained this past year, water leaking through one of the solar panel brackets. I attempted to call them several times to seal the leak, but no response to my calls. I had to hire another contractor to come out that day. Two of the panels were installed incorrectly. They finally came out to fix these two panels after calling them for six months. Really horrible customer service.
