Description of Work: I CALLED AND SET UP APPT. STEVE CALLED DAY OF APPT, 20 MINUTES BEFORE TO ANNOUNCE HIS TIME OF ARRIVAL OF 9 AM. HE REPLACED GARAGE DOOR SPRING, CONNECTED CABLES AND WAS DONE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Description of Work: When I called them, I asked them if they would come out to Oakhurst area and perform Maintenance on my garage door. They were very hesitant to come out. And stated it would be an extra charge for mileage to get out their, which the price was too high. And then on top of that, they also said it would be better if they could come out when they had more than one call to go too.And not professional at all or conveinant.Thats not the way you run a business, my thoughts.
