+ -1 moreThe company charges $69.95 to come and determine the problem, which is fine. However their price to do the work was so inflated and ridiculous. To replace two breakers they were asking $580.00. (The guy who did the job afterwards charged $200 for parts and labor and took 20 min.) So we had the option to pay the trip fee of $69.95 and have nothing repaired (free money for them), or pay the outrageous price. I must mention also that the technician's English was so bad, I still do not understand everything he was trying to say. I called the main office to complain about the price quote, but the guy on the phone came with some lousy explanation of how some jobs take longer and other less time, but they always charge the same amount!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

+ -1 moreHE CAME AND FIDDLED WITH THE LIGHTS AND GOT THEM WORKING. TRIED TO CHARGE ME $2800.00 FOR A JOB THAT A COMPANY DID FOR $275.00. I FELT THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME. I WAS IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION BECAUSE I HAD NO POWER.

+ -1 moreI WOULD TELL PEOPLE NEVER TO USE THEM. THEIR QUOTE WAS $320, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. HE PUT THE TOILET ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND ALL THE WAX THAT'S ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOILET GOT ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE BATHROOM BECAUSE HE DIDN'T PUT DOWN ANY TOWELS. HE LEFT A TOTAL MESS.
Description of Work: THE MAN SAID THAT THERE WAS A BRICK IN MY TOILET PIPE AND THAT WAS WHY IT WAS BACKING UP.
