Simply Kitchens

Simply Kitchens was recommended to me by The Kitchen Store in Culver City for a cabinet refacing project. Their representative, Dan Smith, arrived promptly for the initial consultation and provided me with a rough estimate after inspecting my kitchen and answering all my questions about options for woods, colors, door styles, etc. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I felt no pressure to make decisions on the spot or make an immediate commitment. His was the third estimate I had gotten for the project and was by far the best in terms of the options I was offered and the final cost, so we met again to take measurements and finalize the details. I had decided on a wood that was not among the options on the estimate form, but Dan assured me he would do all he could to obtain it. He called a few days later to tell me they could indeed do the job with that wood and I made the initial payment. He estimated the project would take four to five days from tearout to finish, but it actually took only three. The installers, Miguel and his wife, worked expertly and efficiently and took pains to minimize dust, answering my questions along the way. He even installed special hinges on the doors below the sink space that allows them to be removed for better access for plumbing work. The quality of the doors and drawer fronts approaches the level of fine cabinetry. The final cost was actually slightly lower than the estimate, and I could not be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Simply Kitchens to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. In fact, I have several other smaller projects in mind for my home, and I will certainly call them when I am ready to proceed.
