All work was finished and I was completely satisfied with Mikes work. I find him to be very knowledgeable, honest and professional.

Update 1/20/2015: He is very good, but the only problem is that he is very busy and isn't available often. He has done 4 hours in November, 2 hours in December, and so far 2 hours in January. He has a large client base that he is trying to get to as fast as he possibly can, but due to the delays my project has also been delayed as a result. Update 2/18/2015: He stopped returning calls, and I presume he quit, which was very unprofessional. He didn't give me any reason. The last time we talked he patched up the roof, but it leaked again, so he didn't do a professional job, or he did it wrong. I couldn't reach him, He didn't return calls or texts, and just disappeared. He left some things unfinished. he left a door trimmed that needed trimmed, and never finished it. My job was too small for him because he said he works for others who will pay him thousands of dollars, and he didn't have time to do my job. Four hours in November, two hours in December, two hours in January. and in the end he didn't return calls. He just stopped communication. He shouldn't say he's going to do it, and not do it. He comes in and works for a couple of hours and says he has to leave. so at the end he didn't follow through. He didn't return calls, and all communication stopped from his end.

I called and left a message on his answering machine which stated that he would be paged and he would call, I called twice giving him the benefit of doubt that something had gone wrong with the answering machine, unfortunately he never call me..

I have used Mike's service both for my business as well as my residence on various occasions. I have also referred him to others and have received rave reviews of the level of service and commitment to quality.
