+ 5 moreThe remodel went well. Steve was very easy to get a hold of by phone and he came by at least once a day when he wasn working at our house to check on the subcontractors. The work that was done was of high quality, and we were very happy with the end project. The one hitch was the painting contractor. I had chosen the colors of the rooms early in the remodeling, and should have Checked with him before he bought the paint. He painted all the rooms white except for one. Steve said I should have the paint contractor redo it, but by that time I just wanted to be done.
Description of Work: He completely remodeled the kitchen and and 2 bathrooms. Removed dated bookcases on both sides of fireplace, and replaced them with built-in cabinets. The fireplace was finished in stone veneer. Replaced sliding glass door in master bedroom with French door and windows on both sides of the door. Replaced damaged concrete and asphalt in driveway, Poured concrete in backyard to make patio more cohesive. Installed new composite fence. The interior of the house was completely painted, and the trim on the exterior was also painted.
