Cooperated in painting my bathrooms ahead of the rest of the job so I could store some furniture in the bathrooms while my ceilings were scraped, completed it on time and removed carpeting and base boards so flooring people would not have to, took things to the dump for us. All in all, went above and beyond to provide us with a lovely clean, perfectly painted home at the end of the job. Plus, Rick has a delightful sense of humor. His crew are all very polite and willing to help and do what is needed to make you happy with the end result.

+ -1 moreVery well, couldn't have been better! Extremely professionally and done with good humor! Rick was great and his crew were courteous, helpful and didn't play loud music like some painters do.
Description of Work: Painted outside of my house a new color, scraped away leaking sap from original wood, cleaned house before painting it, painted front and back fences. Tarped my back terrace, covered plants, tarped my front court yard before painting; was meticulous about not getting drops of paint where they shouldn't be. Removed gate hardware and painted that. Applied two coats of paint.

Description of Work: Rick Albro Painting actually created the problem I was having with my house, and didn't recognize it or even try to figure it out. He power-washed the peeling paint on my house, leaving peeled paint chips all over my yard without picking them up. He then painted my house again, before allowing the wood to completely dry out. This caused the moisture trapped in the wood to push the paint out in bubbles, and to peel off again. This happened every other year for 6 years in a row. I finally figured out that it was something Rick Albro was not doing correctly. Of course, he was making a lot of money since my house needed repainting every other year. I had another painter come over and access what was going on. Once it was figured out and done correctly (not by Rick Albro), I never had the problem again! I lost a lot of money using Rick Albro Painting.

+ -1 moreRick gave us a great bid compared to other companies we talked to. He followed up to see if we had any questions. We saw the good reviews so decided to give him a chance. He and his crew are friendly, detail oriented and hard working. They took great care with their work and were careful to keep the gates shut so our dogs wouldn't get out. We would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them highly to anyone looking to get the exterior of their home painted.
Description of Work: Rick and his crew painted the exterior of our house. They removed all of the light fixtures and gate handles. They taped everything off and did a great job of painting everything as we requested.

Description of Work: Rick Albro Painting painted the exterior of our home, the interior kitchen and living room, and returned after remodeling for touch-up to those two rooms. Rick and/or his workers always showed up on time. Rick came to do the estimate, and if he was not doing the painting himself, he came to get the job started, checked in during the work, and came at the end of the job too. Always polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. All outside areas were protected as well as interior carpeting, bookshelves, and floors. Excellent!
