Pojas Floor & Tile

I based my decision on the good reviews on here. I was told it was a two-three day job. Took two weeks to finish. He is high and over priced. I don't mind paying high priced for a great job. He is always late . 9am means 10:30am. Didn't finish the job properly and had to constantly call him to have him come back and finish. Doesn't do or finish what he charges for. Charges for moving furniture but doesn't want to do it. Pretty much a rip off.

The house was empty so there was no furniture issue. Pojas tried to OVERCHARGE me EVERY STEP of the way. His helpers ruined the living room floor by leaving the sander too long in three areas (one right in the middle of the living room), which makes for some very light areas that don't blend in with the rest of the floor. The sanding after the second coat was done in 15 minutes for the whole house (1,100 sf). I wouldn't be surprised if the top coat starts peeling.

Danny and crew showed up as promised. Very personable and professional. They completed the job in two days rather than three that was originally estimated.

Handled the arrangements remotely. He sent us samples. We picked and let hime know what we wanted. Very responsive to phone and email messages. The istallls themselves were promptly and professionally done, and as noted above, we were very pleased with the results. Will use him for a future project we have in mind.

Went very well. Got an estimate and set a date for the work to be done. Danny called the day before to confirm and set an approximate time (This was very helpful - the last people we talked to about this job set a date and eventually the installer called 5 hours late - end of that job!). Showed up at appointed time, did a very nice job.

Danny Pojas and his crew did a remarkable job on our dining room floor. The old floor was very difficult to remove and proved to be very labor intensive. They kept on the job until it was complete. The new floor looks wonderful. It was a relief to find a contractor who finished the job even when it was longer than they anticipated. We would highly recommend Danny Pojas and would use him for any further work..

I used them last week. I was happy with them. They're easy to talk to and they did a good job. They seemed reasonable but they're little loose with their time.

Wen didn't use them because he just couldn't do the job in a timely manner. We got another estimate from Stoneworks and they were cheaper and more professional.

His bid came in twice as high as someone else so I ended up going with someone else. The quote experience was fine. When I asked how much, he asked how much I wanted to pay. I didn't think that was a good question especially since I don't know what the industry is. His bid was twice as high as the company I went with. He was very pleasant; his price was just way out of line. He came out about 4 days after I had contacted him. He had to go to a graduation so he wouldn't have been able to do the work; that may have been why the bid was high. He was very professional.

It was a great experience. He is a wonderful guy. He is helpful. He came when he said he was going to come. I was so stressed out because my kitchen had flooded and he did great. I don’t have any comparison but his price seemed reasonable. The quality of work was very good.

We hired Danny Pojas to fix the carpet in two small areas of our home. The job was pretty small, as it really only entailed re-stretching the carpet to fill in a gap that was left when we installed new toilets. Danny did a very good job of the actual work, although his initial estimate was entirely too much for the scope of work to be done. He was, however, willing to negotiate a lower price, so we hired him to do the work, which he did in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend his services.

Danny was responsive and helpful from the beginning. He has a unassuming ans laid back demeanor%2c so I didn%27t feel pressured to make decisions without sleeping on it. We had several bedrooms that we wanted to put in wood laminate. Danny was punctual%2c hard-working%2c and the only sounds we heard was work%21 No loud music%2c no breaks%2c etc. The work was finished in a very short amount of time and we even asked him to install some flooring in a closet we initially forgot about during the quote phase. Danny was quite nice and did the extra installation without charging us extra for the labor. It was such a great experience that I cannot wait to find another project to work with Danny on. I highly recommend him- he is professional, detailed oriented and a craftsman.

The price quoted by them was reasonable. They were very professional and we liked them. They are high on our list when we decide to take up the work.

Danny and his crew showed up in the morning and were done by early afternoon. No issues or concerns. All my furniture was back in place and new floor looks great and has held up well.

I got five estimates and his was just below the others however he was willing to negotiate. Since I was not living in the house I gave him full access and only checked on him once. He installed the flooring and cleaned the place very well.

Danny stayed until the job was finished, he showed up when he said he would and worked with our small budget... I couldn't ask for more! Oh.... and the cherry on top was when he called a few days later to make sure everything was still OK, and that the door had stopped leaking!
