Neeham's Paint Works

Description of Work: This is a difficult review to write. We have used Neeham's Paint Works two different times and have been very pleased with the service. In fact, we actually felt Tom became more of a friend after these experiences. This last job was to have the exterior of the house painted, repair and coating on the deck, sunroom paint and master bath to texture wall and paint. The first two jobs were completed (exterior and deck) which were the highest price of the four jobs. He sent me an invoice for these two and it was paid. We waited for his return to finish the agreed two jobs. He never contacted us to let us know when he was returning. We happened to see him in town months later and I asked why he didn't return and his comment was he didn't know we wanted him to do the other jobs. Of course, we had the estimate of the four jobs and our agreement for all of them. We were very disappointed and could only imagine the most expensive jobs were done, the less expensive ones were not as he no doubt accepted another high paying job in the area. I will say Tom does excellent work and his crew are always delightful....no smoking, no loud music. Needham Paint Works is top quality and I'm just sorry our situation turned out in a negative way.

Description of Work: They sanded and stained my decks.

Description of Work: Refinished oak cabinets in kitchen and matched color for two new doors/drawers of new and different wood. Painted ceilings, walls and baseboards, doors door trim and window trim for kitchen, dining room, living room, stairwell, entryway and hallways. Painted all the doors in the house.
