About us

GLO-Bell Consulting conduct Energy Efficiency Assessments for Homeowners, Businesses and Schools. We are Certified HERS (Home Energy Rating System) and Energy Star Raters as well as BPI Building Analysts. We explain existing conditions and give recommendations for increasing efficiency, indoor air quality, health & safety, conservation and convenience. We match you to all the Federal, State and local rebates you may qualify for and help you through the application process. Our building diagnostic tests include Blower Door and Duct Tests in addition to Gas Leak Detection and Combustion Safety. With implemented savings totaling the entire cost of our service and more...we are zero cost consultants.

Services we offer

Comprehensive Building Efficiency Assessments including indoor and outdoor energy resources. Title 24 Documentation, Energy Upgrade California, Rebate processing, HERS Certifications for both verification and Whole House ratings. Project Management, Energy Efficient Mortgage Reports. For every recommended project, we will provide at least 3 competitive bids from contractors.

Services we don't offer

GLO-Bell Consulting only conducts diagnostic tests and facilitates the efficiency upgrade process on behalf of our clients. We do not do any of the work with in house contractors. As building user advocates, tests, reports, and recommendations are objective giving you the most accurate and unbiased information.
