+ -1 moreGood job, Tech came out and made initial diagnosis that proved to be correct. Ordered the necessary part and installed it on date promised. Professional and courteous service. Price was really not that bad considering the tech had to make two round trips to Cambria from Los Osos, a good half hour drive each way. The price of $260 included the first trip to determine the problem.

+ -1 moreI called them to repair refrigerator. Toby came several times to fix the issue, because the manufacturer was sending wrong, faulty parts to him. He did not charge extra for those trips. He tried very hard to fix the issue even though it was design flaw by manufacturer. Very polite guy, listens to costumer needs.

They called when they were headed to my house so I was able to leave work and let them in without sitting and waiting for them to show up. The issue was resolved quickly and he gave me some helpful pointers to avoid having the same problem again.
Description of Work: Looked at my oven because I thought it was having issues heating up.

+ -1 moreIt took an hour and a half to fix it. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I have used him in the past for other appliances and he has worked on all the major brands. He is very good. He got the job done. The price was fair. I would highly recommend him.
