Description of Work: the work was fine, once they got there, a simple roof patch, but the service was horrible, only returned phone calls or emails after 4 or 5 tries.

Description of Work: Tear-off and new architectural comp shingles on existing 2-story home. Work was scoped per our requests, start date was very close to estimated, work was completed promptly and as scoped, and with cost a little below the estimate. Only drawback is some delay in responding to messages. A minor follow-up correction took a while to get scheduled, but was completed with no questions asked.

Description of Work: These guys were good, responsive and professional but they had to come back and fix leaks in their repair two times at no charge but they still didn't get it right so, after the third time the roof leaked, I decided to fix it myself.

+ -1 moreCame out promptly to give us a free written estimate. Owner Eric Bean came out to do the estimate himself, and he was friendly and personable. He took off before I could ask him some questions I had about the re-roofing, but I was able to ask all my questions of him on the phone after we received his detailed written estimate, and he was happy to answer my questions and explain the various options to me. Eric's crew showed up on schedule, and removed the old layers and papered the roof in one day. They installed all of the shingles on the second day, and Eric later came out to inspect the final product.
Description of Work: Removed three layers of existing roofing, and installed new composition shingle roof on our 1600 square foot, single level residence.
