Description of Work: I've called this company a few times and everytime they call me back are friendly and very professional. I've had them do several odd jobs for me around the house I would definitely use them again in the future

Description of Work: They repaired some exterior dry-rot in 3 different areas. Job went quickly and we're very happy with the results. Happy with the price also.

Description of Work: Eric has done a wide variety of projects for me including installing cat/dog doors, installing tubular sky lights and motion sensor lights, fixing electrical wiring, replacing roof shingles, fixing bathroom faucets, and renovating a front porch roof. He and his team are very nice and the quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: This was a very frustrating experience. |I contacted Eric by phone. Indicating to him what I needed. I have several rentals that need some form of repair, a few of which will be sold shortly. He returned my call and I explained to him what I needed. Since one home needed immediate attention he said he would send out a man the following Tuesday and that the employee would call me. I was concerned by this as I really wanted to speak with him and get a bid amount from him prior to work. I spoke with Dennis and his wife who are both employed through this contractor. An appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday. When I spoke with Dennis later, he was under the impression that work would start on Tuesday without a bid. I have never done business like this. My parents were contractors for almost 60 years and they never operated like this. Ultimately Eric called me back and I restated I wanted a bid prior to work. He agreed. I presumed that our appointment was still on. On the appointment day he never showed. I called him and he said he thought that we was to call me that day to schedule and he was in the area. If he could call me later that afternoon. I said fine but it wasn't okay. I cant tell you how frustrated I was. This simply was not acceptable and honestly I cant believe how all of this was handled. I have five rentals and 17 pieces of property I am responsible for and I really hoped to find a contractor to help me with all these properties since I have no one presently. I eventually called him back. He did not answer the phone so I left him a message indicated I no longer wanted his services. I have since contacted someone else that is not on Angie's list. Eric and Dennis were very polite and seemed nice but this whole thing was just a mess and a great waste of my very limited time. I sorely wished this would have worked out. For this reason I would definitely not recommend this company.

Description of Work: We had an electrical problem and found it necessary to add another circuit breaker and run new wiring to connect both our spa and well pump in the same box. Eric does excellent work. Everything completed quickly and professionally. We would definitely use him again. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Many small "honey-do"items completed with speed, attention to installation/quality and professionalism. Eric is a honest and skilled craftsman in most home help areas. Will use him again in the near future .

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom sink, bedroom ceiling fan, balcony screen door, fixed door jam/hinge on front door.

Description of Work: Had a number of small jobs - changing door hardware, installing outside lights, repairing door lock, repairing GFI breaker box. Eric performed these items quickly and professionally. Very glad to have called him and be fortunate enough to find a hardworking, knowledgeable and licensed handyman.
