We just had a termite inspection because I noticed some termite leavings on the window sill. Wally came out and did an incredibly thorough and clean inspection under the house and in the attic. He was courteous, professional and efficient. And he saw into corners and under tight spots where I wouldn't dare try to go. His report and estimate were comprehensive and reasonable. I'm very impressed!

I had Mark Vollenweider from Thrasher come to my home a couple of weeks ago to help rid me of a regular problem in my home with ants. He offered helpful advice, sprayed outside my home, and laid bait for the ants in the electrical sockets. My home was ant-free for 2 weeks and then I noticed a new platoon of ants taking up residence in one of the bedrooms. I called Mark at 10:50am and he was at my door just 40 minutes later. Another round of bait and advice and I'm all set! Great service and a very friendly guy - highly recommended.

Josh Cole performed the inspection, part of a home refi. He was right on time, worked quickly and professionally and gave me a quick estimate for a competitive price for the minor work that needed doing. I was in a bit of a rush, so he scheduled the work for the following Monday morning (he did the inspection on Friday). The work was completed in a professional manner and the technician was courteous and cleaned up well after his work. Great job, Thrasher. Thanks very much for being an honest and competent company. I highly recommend Thrasher to others.

Thrasher did a great job, and I would recommend them for termite fumigation and repair. They did the work for a house we recently purchased. The seller hired Thrasher for the termite inspection report, and we asked them to fix all the items listed. There was a lot of damage. Thrasher was very flexible in scheduling, which we appreciated since the move-in date actually got pulled in. The office was very responsive whenever I had a question or request. Thrasher fixed all the items on schedule, and the crew was very nice and professional. They cleaned up carefully.

I have used them before and they alwasy do a good job.

They were great in terms of doing the little extra things. They repainted the original color of the house without asking any questions.

We had Thrasher perform the initial Termite Inspection while in escrow. We were pleased with everything they did during the inspection and were very thorough. Once we closed escrow, we had them complete some of the work that we thought was necessary to be completed right away. The company warned us in advance that there might be more work to be done once we opened up the walls and there was. We decided to get permits taken out on the project which they pulled for us and I'm so happy my husband talked us into that. Without the inspector basically telling the workers how to insulate our door, I'm not sure if it would have been done right at all. On numerous occasions throughout the inspections process (the inspector came 3 different times), the inspector had to tell the workers how to do the job correctly. Our other main problem with the company was the lack of choices they gave to us about the trim and the sliding door. They gave us no choices about what kind of sliding door they were going to put in and therefore we went to Home Depot ourselves and had a door of our choice delivered before the work began (which was half the price as Thrasher was going to charge us). They also didn't give us a choice about the trim that was going to be put up around the door frame and I ended up getting into an argument in order to have a few choices. The workers were pleasant until I asked questions about trim choices. At this point they became very rude and told me there weren't any choices (there are thousands of choices) so I ended up just calling the main office instead. All-in-all, I would recommend them for inspections and that's about it. It is very clear that they don't care about what the job will look like after it is complete and they are not easy to work with.

We called Thrasher and they were able to come out on the dates that we needed them to come out and were initially very responsive and very professional. The guys who came out and did the tenting work were great and very helpful and punctual. The problems arose from some confusion due to joint ownership of the properties the invoices were not paid immediately and when the follow-up calls were done they were done in a very hostile and abusive manner. The woman who was making the calls for Thrasher was very unreasonable and wanted to rant and yell and insult us rather than listen to reason. She demanded immediate payment and continued to call every single phone number she had in order to harass anyone in any way associated with either of the two properties. She couldn't believe I hung up on her when I didn't want to be yelled at since she wouldn't listen to me. Having dealt with accounts payable/receivable in business for many years seldom have I ever dealt with someone working for a reputable company who behaved in such a reprehensible manner. It was bad enough that I would never use their company again.

This company was very thorough. They sprayed for bugs and termites had gotten upstairs. They treated the upstairs for termites. I thought they were expensive, so I won't use them again but they did a good job. They were very professional, just too expensive.

They are very good. They give you a guarantee and if the bugs aren't gone they will come back and spray again. They also do a lot of maintenance. They're a very professional company and they are conscious of their work.
