 + 5 moreI was very pleased with the overall results. Ryan (owner of RBuilder) delivered on all of his promises by keeping on schedule despite the many change orders involved. He was flexible, provided a craftsmanship-level of quality on the finish work, always left the area cleaner than he found it and is fairly priced. I would use RBuilder on my future needs.
Description of Work: I'm the owner of an exotic car club called Club Sportiva (www.clubsportiva.com). We built out our Silicon Valley headquarters in a 7200 sq ft warehouse space. We took a chance on RBuilder based on word of mouth recommendations, even though RBuilder is a relatively new construction firm. The job we tasked them to was to finish out the cigar lounge (including plumbing, tile work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry), the front office reception area (including custom counters and reception desk), my employees' office space (including custom desks, storage and closet spaces), and finally the central reception/bar counter (including rough plumbing and show-quality truss work).
