Zeather, the person who answered the phone, was pleasant and efficient. The price quoted was very reasonable. Both times they were able to schedule the moves within a day. The movers were very professional. They took wonderful care of an antique piano and also a large electronic organ, which had to be taken apart and reassembled. (This was one of the few times that I have been able to watch a piano being moved when I didn't have my heart in my throat, bracing for a disaster.) They arrived exactly when they had promised to arrive. Their truck is a serious 'soft-ride' vehicle. The movers were also delightful people, polite and friendly. There was absolutely no part of these experiences that was not completely satisfactory.

They gave me a window from 12-5pm but weren't able to show up until around 6pm. They told me that this was due to one of their trucks being broken. But they did get there and were able to move it quickly but with extreme care. This was extremely important to me since I have hard wood floors and were concerned about scratches. They were in and out in no time at all. They definitely knew what they were doing, and I would definitely go with them again. I called other places and got quoted around $50 more for the same job.
