Integrity Carpet Cleaning

James, the owner, has cleaned my carpets many times over the years. He is professional, reasonable and does an excellent job! I have referred him to man people and they love his work. Our property manager uses him on his properties, also. Highly recommend, Interity Carpet cleaning!! He is cleaning my carpets this Friday...can hardly wait!!

Overall, it was a good experience. They did spot cleaning in one room and cleaned the carpet of our family room, which is almost white and they did a good job with the spot treatment and cleaning.

James arrived precisely when he had promised, inspected the carpet (extremely dirty with pet stains, tacked-in dirt, spills etc.) and gave us his estimate. He was very polite, professional, thorough, informative and knowledgeable. He uses the recommended steam-extraction method of cleaning with a truck-mounted rig. James was extremely diligent and expert in the preparation and cleaning, and the carpet came out looking like new! Even better, it was barely damp, and was completely dryin less than 24 hrs, so we were able to replace the furniture in the rooms, tidy up and be ready for our friend's visit in plenty of time. I liked the fact that the person who came out was the owner. He was very thorough and he was certified. He would come with the product that would work the best but also cared for my pick. I could not be sure on his price because I got only one estimate and would not have a reference point.

He does a great job and is very thorough. I would highly recommend him! He is very conscientious. He is great about fitting me into the schedule if I have an emergency.

James Ebner, owner/operator of Integrity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners, was here promptly on 4/6/2011. He was well groomed and dressed in a professional manner with the logo of his company on his shirt. He explained the process clearly and advised me about the services he offered. He did not try to sell or recommend any products or services that I didn't need. The best part was how quickly and efficiently the carpets were cleaned and how quickly they dried. He was able to remove spots that had been in the carpet for quite a while. Now I feel happy when I see the grandkids playing on the carpet and know that it is so clean. I was also thinking I would have to replace this carpet soon, but with this cleaning, I feel confident it will last a little longer. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Ebner in our house. He was polite and courteous and was careful with the furniture and our belongings. I will be calling him again and will recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.

It went very well. They have very good customer service and the owner is very nice and customer service oriented. They were also also prompt and the carpets look great.
