 + -1 moreAs a vendor to buyer and seller clients, we arrive at a house to discuss the condition of the home. Daniel Pizano never attempts to encourage or discourage our presentation of actual facts about the home which could get in the way of the transaction. This is only the case with professional agents.
Description of Work: I have not used Daniel's real estate services as a buyer or seller, however Daniel and I have worked together for many years. I do work with over 400 real estate agents a year and can tell you that Daniel is one of the best! When I work with his clients (mostly buyers) they have expressed their appreciation for his work. He's honest, hardworking, and I would refer him to anyone who needs a real estate agent. (I am selected to work with Daniel's clients by his clients and not Daniel directly - this recommendation will not benefit me or my company.)
