Description of Work: This review is for a recent staircase and other small projects. Dennis Carlson actually built our beautiful home in Los Gatos back in 2002. We are still very pleased with his work and have used him on projects for our other rental properties. His quality level is amazing. Dennis continues to maintain the same core crew of highly expert carpenters that he has had for about 20 years. Carlson construction is always busy - but worth a little patience to use them. They are fast, professional and get the job done with attention to details and quality that I have not encountered with other construction firms. As a result, our 12 year old home still looks it is good for another 100 years!

+ 1 moreThe assigned progect manager was thorough and kept us informed of the progress. All of the workmanship was excellent and all of the craftsmen were very professional.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms to create walk in showers with maximum clearance for wheelchair in space available. Included complete tear out of existing facilities, including the floor, to allow for sloping of the floor to the new trench style drains in the showers. New sinks and Toto toilets, including one with in the wall water tank. New pocket door and heater in one bath and new windows in the other. New custom, waterproof vanities and matching, hanging wall cabinets. All water and drain plumbing was relocated in the process. New tile floors and walls and granite vanities. Did other minor electrical work in the kitchen.

+ 3 moreIt was a fairly big job and the estimate came in perfectly. It took him a week longer than it was originally estimated, but they had a two months’ job. So timing wise I would still say that it was really good. The guys were really professional and the house was not all trash. They covered things and it was a great experience.
Description of Work: D Carlson Construction Corp did a bathroom remodel and some structural addition to the house. They did all the plumbing and electrical for the bathroom. They recently did a roof for me.
