Description of Work: Mike, the owner, and his team renovated and repairs my sprinkler system for a 1 & 1/3 acre property. We now have a list of each & every sprinkler on my rain dial system and I know which sprinkler waters which area of my yard. Mike did so much more than work on my sprinklers. His talents regarding lawn, tree and sprinkler repair and maintenance are endless.

I initially came into the property to troubleshoot an irrigation system with 29 valves on her estate. During the process, I consulted with her about a seasonal plan for maintaining the landscape that should be addressed and an ongoing fertilizing program. They have a beautiful 2 acre hillside property in Los Gatos that needed a helping hand to help reach it's potential. She was more than receptive to all my suggestions and got the results we promised. We've been working for them for a couple of years. We initially revamped the backyard landscape and installed new lawn and valves, along with drip lines for plants. They are putting the house on the market, so we installed some new plants in front with drip lines and installed mulch in front & back. Very nice people to work with

The customer had a leaking pipe in his irrigation supply line by the main water line going into the house. The existing house shut off valve was old and in bad shape, so I connected customer with a reputable plumber to replace & upgrade the main shut off valve (copper pipe), and install a new shut off valve for the irrigation supply line. After that, I was able to reconnect the irrigation supply line and get the system operational again.

She needed an area for her new puppy designated for a potty area. I removed some bark and soil in a small 8' x 10' area, and put down weed block fabric, installed some drain rock, then pea gravel over the top. The puppy went right to the area after I finished, and used it for the purpose intended.

I've been overwhelmed with so many emergency sprinkler repairs and supporting my 70 weekly clients, that I put her on the back burner. My foreman has had an ill family member, and I had to fill in for him for two weeks. I failed to contact her and inform her that we would have to circle back in a few weeks until the smoke cleared, so I take full responsibility. I will try to contact her and apologize for my lack of communication, and hopefully try to revisit our initial conversation concerning her project

She had a pressure problem in the backyard valves. After troubleshooting, I found that there was a pressure regulator that was installed improperly, causing her to lose pressure. I remove the unneeded pressure regulator and rerouted the line and installed a new shut off valve. Problem solved!!!

It was good. Mike is very good. Very thorough and knowledgeable. We have had previous company so he re-did the irrigation. He showed up when he said he would. He did a really good job. Hes' very professional.

Mike Veazie called me right away, and even though this was a small job, he agreed to take it. He showed up at the date and time he promised and right away he discovered that we had a water leak and traced it to a sprinkler valve in the side yard. That explains our last water bill! For this PVC repair, he added a shutoff valve at the beginning of the run and repaired the PVC in three different locations. He left one time to meet with a customer and returned when he said he would. This repair required a lot of digging and chopping of large roots, it wasn't easy. But Mike stayed with it and wouldn't stop until the repairs were done. The work he performed was excellent quality. Thanks Michael Veazie!
