A-BREEZE CARPET CLEANING

Ken came a few days early to look at carpet and measure. He was on time. I moved our furniture and when Ken came everything was ready for him to start. He had very professional equipment in his truck and went from room to room paying special attention to the really bad spots. l As he left each room. he had small floor fans to start the drying process. He didn't use a lot of water so most was dry by that night. When he came to measure, I missed a room and had to add it on as he was cleaning so he had to add it to the estimate. It was added and it still was a reasonable cost. Ken is a professional, competent rug cleaner besides being a very genial person. I would recommend Ken and Albreeze Carpeting to anyone. Job was for 3 rooms and a hall.

Ken is the business owner/operator and a 2016 Small Business Award of Excellence winner in Los Gatos. He does a very thorough job, even on light colored carpets. I highly recommend him for his great work, use of safe products and friendly personality. He is very accommodating and punctual with regard to scheduling. Ken was amazing. He came over to my house, cleaned the carpets 10x better than I had expected and didn't have any issues. I got a text from my wife while I was at work that she thought they looked amazing. I got home and sure enough they looked great. Very well very professional company. Relatively quick, very personable individual.

My experience with them was very good. I had them do work for me and I was very pleased. I used a lot of carpet cleaners and I was very impressed, I got a referral that he was good and he lived up to it like he seemed to be knowledgeable on what he did and he took great care in my home which I really appreciated. He made sure that everything was fine, he knows who is bumping doors and things like that. He's a real pleasant fellow to be with and everything was great.

They did good, I liked them. I think he's knowledgeable. You have to be very, very careful and knowledgeable about fabric and he did a great job. I think the price was reasonable for the job that he had. One was just a very special material and the other had a material with colors that could bleed. For the work, whatever you spend I thought it was well worth it.

They are very thorough and they follow through. They are very experienced. I can talk to them on the phone if I have problems. They are very responsive.

We are very pleased with Ken Harte (Abreeze). Ken is very knowledgeable about carpet and carpet stains. For example, a food stain is treated differently than a dirt stain. Once Ken knows the type of stain, there is usually a way to get it clean. Ken was done in less than an hour and was very careful about placing his equipment and managing the long cleaning hose. Ken used special devices to protect our corner walls and door jams. We have used Ken many times and recently decided to add him to the list.

I have used this company for the last couple of years. Saturdays are the best day for me to do the work, and there is no problem with that. He seems to have competitive wages. He does a great job. He has newer equipment that gets more of the water out faster, so the carpeting is dry in just a couple hours or so. He is just a very nice guy.
