Description of Work: They provided the regular maintenance on our AC unit most recently. They were recommended through the HERO program and they redid our duct work and the HVAC system to make them more efficient. They were fabulous, completing the energy testing quickly and cleaning up well after themselves.

+ -1 moreRepairman found the air conditioner to be in good working condition even though it's old. Found leaks in the air ducks and suggested I have them fixed. Also suggested I have insulation updated. Repairman was thorough and courteous.
Description of Work: checked and tested air conditioner. Replaced filter. checked air-ducts for leaks.

+ -1 moreI hired this company to service my heating and airconditioning unit which had not been done in the 10 yrs I have lived in this home.They actually came out twice - once in the spring to service the ac then again in the fall to service the heating portion of the unit. They checked the duct work and replaced filters too. I ended up needing to replace one part which was less than $100.00. Very reasonably priced, punctual, professional and polite.
