Jeronimo was on site during some of the process. The fence seems to be well installed. The fence was not replaced in the same place as the fence that was removed in my opinion. We have a disagreement about this. I would take before pictures and be on site throughout the removal and installation if I used this company again. I did not take pictures before the removal of the old fence so I feel partly responsible.

Geronimo was very responsive to our phone call. English is his 2nd language, but we communicated fine. Several times we talked to his son, Chris, who spoke perfect English. Geronimo is professional and strives to please his customer. After his initial visit and estimate, we realized there was an additional 7 ft. of fencing for the neighbor behind us, which the neighbor beside us shared. He came out and remeasured and gave us a new estimate. Additionally, he had to give us 2 separate estimates because the fences involved 2 separate neighbors. Also, the work was done at 2 different times. Additionally, after the 2nd estimate, we asked him to add in a gate for our house. Then, we changed it from 6 ft to 7 ft. Each time, he said "no problem" and handled our requests and additions with ease. We, and our neighbors, thought a) his prices were very good and b) his work was excellent. A neighbor who was not sharing in our fence building came over and asked Geronimo to go to his house for an estimate for a fence we did not share. He ended up hiring Geronimo and was very pleased wih his work and the fence itself. Although we and our side neighbor had no complaint about clean-up after the fence was done, the neighbor behind us said she found a lot of nails in her yard and was disappointed that the crew had not cleaned such up before they went home. I am sure if we, or she, had called Geronimo, he would have come back and pickd up the nails, becuz he impressed us as being very conscientious. Note: I did not show the cost and, frankly, am disappointed that Angie's List has this in their reviews. Suffice it to say that his price was very reasonable.

THEY WERE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF 3 BIDS. PROMPTLY RETURNED CALLS. DUE TO COST SHARING WITH NEIGHBORS, PAYMENT WAS COMPLEX & COMPANY HANDLED WELL. ARRIVED ON TIME TO PERFORM JOB. RESULTS EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
