replacement windows
+ -1 moreI called the company after looking on Angie's List. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they came to measure and give an estimate right at the appointed time on Monday. They said they would call and let me know when they would come saying it might be on Tuesday, Wednesday was a holiday. Tuesday passed and I didn't hear anything from them. I called them on Thursday and they had no information. I called twice and then they called back to say they would come on Friday between 1:00 and 1:30. At 2:30 I called and they said they didn't have the class. They would come on Monday. They did come on Monday. I watched them work. I would say the job was passable but not in any way well done. The wood trim was hacked up and broken, the pieces were not put back in the right place, it looked messy, glass pieces were all over the kitchen. I did the clean up myself.
Description of Work: Work involved giving an estimate to replace two panes of glass in an Exterior French Door and replacing the glass.

+ -1 moreIT WAS GREAT. THEY WERE JUST GOOD. THEY DID THE WORK & GOT IT DONE WITHOUT MUCH OF A PROBLEM. I DID NOT REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM & I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: IT WAS A SLIDING GLASS DOOR INSTALLATION.
