+ -1 moreI have to book the appointments in advanced and a crew of 2 or 3 people come to clean my home. It usually takes them about 2 or 3 hours to clean my home. They are really good as they are efficient, thorough and careful. You can tell when they have been here and they clean behind the nooks and crannies. They also take direction if you have something specific you need done. They are very friendly as well.
Description of Work: They come once a month to clean my home.

+ -1 moreIT HAS BEEN PRETTY SATISFACTORY. A FEW TIMES I HAVE FOUND THINGS THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO AND I'VE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. THEY DO CHANGE MY BED AND THEY TURN MY MATTRESS WHEN I HAVE THEM DO IT. THEY WASH OUT THE SHELVES OF MY REFRIGERATOR. THEY SOMETIMES WASH DISHES.
Description of Work: THEY DID SWEEPING, VACUUMING, WASHING DISHES, AND CHANGING BEDS.

+ -1 moreTHEY GAVE ME LOUSY SERVICE. THEY HAVE BAD RESPONSE TIME, BAD COMMUNICATION, AND WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I THINK THAT THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL.
