Description of Work: Positive: My initial hiring of them was good. The house was quite dirty because I had been ill for some time and wasn't able to keep up on the cleaning. They did a great job of deep cleaning. Times after were good but I had to explain how to do the floors. For the most part the cleaning crew was good but there were a couple of times that one of the workers was not good. I usually had two people cleaning. |Negative: At one of their visits they accidently broke a light fixture from the bathroom ceiling. They said they would replace it but they kept forgetting to do it and never did replace it because they said the fixture was too old. I have a small house and the bathroom and kitchen floors needed to be done by hand (not by a mop). I don't think they know how to wash floors because I would have to ask them to rinse the floor otherwise they were sticky from the cleaning fluids left on the floor. They are expensive. They were not always punctual.

Description of Work: They did a great job deep cleaning my home! A little pricey but worth it now and then.

Description of Work: Martha and her crew deep cleaned our new house before we moved into it. Three fourth of house has been through a complete two-month remodeling, and there was construction dust absolutely everywhere. Its unimaginable how much dust debris can accumulate, i couldn't even breath in my own home. It was no problem for Yolandas team, every room from top to bottom was detailed, every crevice and corner, and cleaned the double-paned windows on both sides. In the bathroom they applied special treatment on our windows and shower glass to remove nasty hard water deposits and every inch of grout were all clean. Every light fixture, even the light switched were dusted, every baseboard and corner, until there was no more dust to breath..

Description of Work: My 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath condo has been in ruins after a major remodeling repairs were done to it and left my place filthy. A lot of construction debris, and my heavy work schedule had left my place probably the worst I've ever seen it. It needed floor to ceiling cleaning, including ceiling fans, ceiling lights and ceiling surfaces in the bathroom. Cleaning of tile on wall and floor, in shower enclosures, and on vanities. They cleaned the bathroom mirrors and toilets. Mopped all floor surfaces, cleaned leather and fabric sofas and chairs. Cleaned the dining room furniture and a major cleaning of the kitchen, including cupboards, shelves and vent covered with grease. Did all the windows inside and out.
